For my 4 mile walk each day I have worn various shoes from Ryka but the Dash 2 are more comfortable for me than shoes like Ryka Devotion Plus that have the new kind of foam inner sole. Those inner soles make the shoes wear out very quickly. Not the case with the Dash 2.

I wanted an inexpensive walking shoe that would wear well. I have now had these shoes for 7 months and am happy that they still look good and haven't fallen apart. I walk 7-10 miles a day and have been pleased with the thickness of the sole on rough ground-- I don't notice rocks and pebbles. Even with all that walking the rubber bottom is still robust and doesn't need to be replaced yet.

I love these shoes, I have bought two pairs. One for work and the other for just walking around the neighborhood. I have Plantar faciatus so I usually put in an alternate soft sole, plenty of room for this addition. I've bought Ryka shoes for 25 years, never disappointed, even tho they constantly changing styles and names, still always fit the same.

I've been using this shoe for Jazzercise and doing errands afterward and they are very comfortable. They have a nice amount of cushion in the heel while having a nice, glove-like fit that is good for dancing.

After trying several different brands, I was about to give up. Then ordered these and FELL IN LOVE. And the PRICE...I got two pairs for what I generally pay for one! INCREDIBLE arch support and lots of toe room with socks on.

I have very wide feet and am very challenged buying shoes. These sneakers feel great, with plenty of width in the front part of the shoe. The heel part is snug enough (which is often a problem with wide shoes). Love the grey- very neutral. I will be wearing these on vacation where we will be doing a lot of walking.

Wore my new shoes to exercise class this morning. Nice and cushy, good support for those side to side moves, and felt perfect right out the box.

Excellent shoe. Very supportive and comfortable. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 M in standard shoes, but ordered a size 9 in this brand. It's a perfect fit.

After reading the reviews, I ordered a pair in size 8 and another in 8.5. I kept the 8.5 though I normally wear an 8 in walking shoes. Good value and comfortable for someone who isn't a big athlete and walks with a friend.

I bought these to walk and they have have been great.

So impressed! This shoe fits like a glove and is more comfortable than my new balance or Brooks! I have bunions and flat feet and they are great! I will order these and "devotion" again!

I am happy with these as my new walking shoes. Good support. They do run a bit small but my usual 7 worked because I can wear 6 1/2 too. Great fast service from Zappos.

This is my 4th pair of Ryka Dash 2. They fit my feet perfectly and I wear them to walk 4 miles 5 days a week

The shoes arrived today. I put them on to wear around my home, and instantly loved them. I'm confident that I will continue to love them. Lightweight, good room in the toe box, construction of the shoes seems really good. Can't comment on arch support - it works for me but have no idea if it would work for others. Fit is great for my narrow heel but wide at the ball of the foot. I'm checking out the possibility of ordering a second pair right now (after being really sure I'd have to return them for one reason or another!). Four stars on style because color options limited when I ordered and I usually don't like "loud" colors.

My feet are difficult than most people's are as I have peripheral neuropathy. I have a terrible time finding shoes that are comfortable. These Ryka Dash 2 are terrific for me! They have a wonderful arch support and a lot of cushion. My feet are very stable in them which makes them great for walking. I can't say enough good things. I really need to get another pair before Ryka changes the foot bed of this one. If you have hard to fit feet, these might be what you are looking for. But, everyones feet are different.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and they have the toe width that I like. I wore the Dash shoe for two years. I did notice in the Dash shoe the size 6 fit perfectly but I am actually a size 5. The Dash 2 is slightly larger so this time I needed a 5 1/2 instead.

Usually wear a size 9 in "regular" shoes and a size 10 in athletic shoes. The size 9.5 were perfect for me. Unbelievably comfortable right out of the box; nice arch support too. Bought these for a trip to Canada where I will be doing a lot of walking in a city and on moderate trails. Think they will do just fine.

Love these shoes. Arch support is good and the inside is soft and cushy! Will buy them again.

I've been wearing these for a few years with wonderful results! I have bunions, flat feet, and back pain and work 8 hours on my feet. These shoes have eliminated my pain totally. A large toe box and arch support saved my life. I always keep a spare pair at the ready in case Ryka redesigns. I recently introduced my mother (83) to these and she says for the first time in her life she feels comfortable in her shoes! PLEASE PLEASE do not redesign the DASH model! They are perfect.

Love Ryka Dash. I've been wearing them for 5 years and have never looked back. I need a bit more room in the toe box and these deliver beautifully. The heel is not wide, so my feet don't slip in them. I walk an average of 5 miles daily, and these lightweight shoes are perfect.

I bought my first pair of this Ryka Dash 2 a couple of weeks ago and have been wearing them for my one-mile daily walk. I find them to be super comfortable in every way. I need ample toe room and this has that for me in the M width. So, I just came back and ordered a second pair for the future because I'm sure this Dash 2 won't be around for much longer. I think there is already a Dash 3 and reviews I've read say the Dash 2 is more comfortable than the 3. Also, let me mention that the laces are functional tie laces, not just laces for show. I say this because I wanted laces that I can tie and the photos don't show the laces appearing to be tied in a bow, they are tucked in. So, yes, they are regular laces that you tie with a bow. They are just tucked inside when brand new until you reach in and pull them out.

I love these shoes and I'm so happy to have a new color to choose from. I have a bunion on my right foot and the mesh on that side of the shoe really helps keep the pressure off.

Great walking shoe. Did not have to "break in this shoe", comfortable from first wear. Cushioning around opening prevented any irritation of ankles. Lightweight. I have a wide foot with bunions and there were no seams to bother that area of my foot.
