My hair gets caught in the buttons on the strap. I paid extra for this design and love that it gives my very plain outfits or monochromatic looks a nice lift but I wish my hair didn't get caught so much. Not sure how to remedy the issue I would recommend to friends who have short hair!

Love the color and design of the bag. Don't like how the leather edges of the bag are curled up around the bottom, not flat as pictured. Don't know if this is the "imperfection" that is part of this type of leather.

I just purchased this for a trip to Europe. Shipping was delayed over a week (so I wouldn't have it for my trip) so I chose to purchase a 2nd purse in the store. The cross body strap began unraveling thread by thread two days into using it and looks horrible. Every few days I have to trim the threads off. I'm not sure if this is typical Hammitt quality but I am not satisfied for what I spent on the purse.

I love the grey color. Bag is so cute, functional and perfect size. The brushed leather tarnishes easy and shows little scratches. Only had it for less than 30 days and already scratching. Don't think it's the quality rather the leather type. Overall still like bag.

I know I'm not in the norm here but I found the medium size to be too small, especially the zipper opening. I couldn't even fit in a 110 wallet without scratching it against the zipper. I really wish you would make a larger version like the Paul that you used to make years ago.

I would like to be able to return this bag, if ever for a credit. You can't tell in the picture, but the leather doesn't look or feel like leather. It looks and feels like some kind of synthetic material, plastic-like. The term "printed leather" in the description does not lead you to believe that it doesn't even present, look, or feel like leather. This is my first Hammett bag, and I have looked at them in boutiques for years. One of the most impressive things about them are the beautiful leather used. Not so with this bag. I feel duped and am very disheartened over it.

I've been waiting over a week for a replacement part so I can use my purse again.

I've only carried a couple of times, starting to unravel on the strip. I'm ready to return no retries, my money back.

I had previously purchased the large Daniel and I love it. I bought this smaller one, the Tony, but the quality is definitely not the same. The edges are rough & unfinished, and there is very little actual space in the purse itself.

My purse arrived and the entire strap was fringing not just a little to trim bc I started to, but as I was sitting there doing that I thought to myself I paid how much to have to make it look presentable?!? Reached out to Hammitt customer service they didn't answer, so I started an email and within an hour I received a call to try to resolve the situation. (Thanks for the quick response) However, I couldn't just order a new strap bc it's sold out (grrrr) but the purse is in stock So my only option was to keep a damage purse or return/ exchange. So you can return the purse and then they'll send me a replacement bag kinda disappointed in the options I was left with.

The zippered opening to the purse is small and stiff. Very hard to get anything inside!!
