I purchased The Daniel Lge a year ago. I'm sorry that I never got around to writing a review. I don't usually spend this amount of money on an everyday black bag but I desperately wanted a good bag. It is now over a year old. I stored it in the box it came in and took it out just the other day. I even remarked to my fianc about how stylish it is, functional and the leather still has the original scent. I haven't felt this way about a bag in many years.

The snakeskin is so subtle and feels great. Wonderful size purse to move my large purse organizer from one purse to another.

The black pebbled leather is soft and wonderful!' The bag I purchased has brushed gold hardware and red zip, which are my favorites. I use a handbag organizer in my bag to give it some structure and protect the inside. Otherwise, the black leather will fall in a puddle. I'm 5'2", and for me, this is an every day size bag. When stuffed with paper, it looks much larger. I highly recommend!

I love my new bag. Only wish I could have purchased a small coin pouch in same pattern. The Wallet I also bought needs more room for coins. I would love to find small bag for this

Soft, plush, and beautiful. I love wearing it crossbody or over my shoulder. Fits my stuff PLUS my husbands!

Soft, scrumptious, beautiful leather. The hardware is wonderful. I love this amazing bag!

Just note that the material isn't super soft like the classic leather versions. Due to the stiffness of the material, the tote handles kind of stick out like it's about to take flight. My hope is that they will loosen up with time/use. The stiffness disappointed me at first, but I think that it will actually help the bag hold its shape better in the long run. I also wish it came in the medium size. Looking forward to buying more!

I own several Hammitt bags along with the large daniel. I also own several Dooney's and Brahmin bags!! There is no comparison in leather. The Hammit is the softest leather I own!!

WOW! This handbag is made of the softest, buttery, leather and when I should my husband he said "that's a sexy handbag with that blue zipper" hey, ladies I'll take that :) There is nothing about this bag that I don't love!!!

one of my favorite large bags from Hammitt! there is tons of room, multiple pockets inside and strap carrying options.

My only critique is that the large interior pocket should be just a hair bigger, as it is with other designer bags, and the 3 small interior pockets aren't useful., But I actually do love the bag.

I have many handbags, some of which I no longer carry or remember that I even own. I'm always on the hunt for the best bag that meets all of my needs. I first discovered this bag in an ad. After doing some research and watching videos, I decided to give it a chance because of their excellent customer service reviews. I was unsure whether to purchase the medium or large. I finally settled on the large after reading other reviews that the large could meet both needs because it is unstructured and so soft. I made the right decision, and am so in love with this bag! Everything from the wonderful leather smell, buttery soft feeling, beautiful packaging,, gift with purchase, and attentive customer service has made me a believer and loyal customer. This is my favorite bag of all times!

This is my first Hammitt bag and I am obsessed! I bought the wallet to match and love the duo! I do wish the large was a tad bit larger but its a beautiful bag and one I carry every day!

lucky enough to get a limited edition pacific color - which is a delightful purple-blueish perfection! gold hardware dresses it up even more. feel pretty fancy sporting this bag. Fits everything and more. Not too heavy, offers long cross body strap or can easily rock it without. truly a lovely bag!

This is my favorite bag I have ever purchased and I have purchased a lot of bags! The leather is so soft and all of the details are fantastic from the hidden outside pocket to the long adjustable strap and red suede interior.

I am a self proclaimed bag lady! I own way more than I should. I typically don't spend over $200 on a bag but I am SO glad I did. I received my 1st Hammitt and have only used it since. I usually trade between bags but there is no reason to switch out! This bag is perfect. It's large enough to hold all my stuff but not so big that you feel like you're carrying a duffel bag! It's the perfect size! Love the back phone slide pocket. Love the dual zippers and the strap is long enough to be a crossbody or wear as a shoulder. My only issue is that I love it so much, I don't really need another! But, there are so many amazing colors, so, I know I'll be buying another in a different color soon! I just purchased the matching wallet and can't wait for it to arrive! Don't wait any longer! Hit the purchase button. You will not regret it!

Love the feeling, love the size.

This bag is very versatile. Due to the "slouchy structure", it can be as large or as small as you want - really depends on how much stuff you have. The large isn't that big if it is fairly empty with just wallet, sunglasses, snack, and make-up pouch. However it can hold a laptop, flat shoes, small umbrella, wallet, sunglasses, and make up. The leather is super soft and love the trendy style. Depending on getting a lighter color for you birthday!

I've been waiting a long time to find a large bag with really soft, luxurious leather, and gold grommets. I ordered the one with the red and gold trim, and its gorgeous. There is an outside pocket, an inside zipper section, and three inside pockets. I wish the pockets were a little bigger, like to hold your glasses,but they are usable for smaller items.

Best purse on the market. Beautifully made. Quality leather,soft and luxurious. Just got my Daniel blue bag for early Christmas. It's to die for.

This is just the prettiest bag I have purchased in a long time. It has great functionality, superb design, fabulous quality materials...I could go on and on! I own several Hammitt bags and use them all regularly and each one still looks amazing.

First bag from this company and it did not disappoint!! Soft & roomy with out being too large. And best of all the weight of it is perfect. I hat bags that are heavy even before you put anything into it!

I was worried the bag would be too big- but it's not overly huge because of the way it's shaped. The color is a rich orange- and the texture and quality of the leather is gorgeous. I'm in love.
