Love the style, very comfortable. I have flat feet, hammer toes, the works, these seem to work in spite of this. A little on the wide side in the medium, hope they will stay on as i wear them out!

I own quite a few pairs of Dansko shoes that I consistently wear a size 40 in. The Jessie has more stylish and delicate-looking buckles than the Sophie. Because the buckles on the Jessie are elasticized (underneath) I found my toes sliding forward a little bit and I always have to tighten the buckles to the innermost hole in all of their sandals. I ended up placing a half insole to keep my foot from sliding forward. Very happy with my purchase.

I have worn the traditional clog-like Danskos for a while now. My arches require very strong support and my feet hurt if I walk too much even in shoes like Danskos. My go-to shoes for sufficient arch support are Vionic (Orthaheel) Tide flip flops and OTZ shoes. I also own Vionic orthotics and Powerstep orthotics in other shoes to obtain proper support. I was looking for some dressy sandals that would offer enough arch support for office walking and to-from short distances. These did the trick and I liked them well enough that I purchased a second pair. Danksos, in general, do not offer the same level of arch support as Vionic or OTZ, but I found the support to be enough that my feet did not hurt after standing around with some sitting for about eight hours. Most people do not require the same level of arch support as I do, so I would highly recommend these for just about anyone.

The Dansko Jessie is a very comfy, good looking sandal. As expected from Dansko, there is support, and I need that. Unfortunately, these are probably going to be returned, as the strap across the top of the foot does not go back far enough for my comfort. I like something that is attached to the foot bed a bit closer to the heel. Typically, I wear a 7.5 shoe. The size 38 seems a bit big for me. It's hard to rate the size because 38 is supposed to cover 7.5 - 8.

I have several pairs of Dansko sandals, but these are my favorites. They are stylish, while giving good arch support. A big reason why they are so comfortable to me is because the heel height (2.5) is perfect-- not too high or too low. Manda is only 1.5.

These are great shoes. I have them in pewter as well. Very comfortable from the get-go.

Really nice shoe, but pressed on my widest foot bunion on the insole area. Slight indentation on the sides of the insole. Fit would be great for most people. I have wide feet. Straps adjust and are comfortable for toes.

I bought these sandals in black and loved them so much, had to order the white! I took these to a week long conference and wore them every day with no issues. I adjusted both buckles a little tighter to give a firm fit so I didn't feel like I would walk out of them. They don't rub any where. If I get a bonus, I will get the rest of the colors!

These Dansko's are the most comfortable and durable slides I have owned to date. Being real leather not faux makes all the difference to me.

I've owned Danskos before but it had been a few years since I had had a pair. I need something comfortable that I could stand and or walk most of the day in and I needed it to match almost everything dressy I owned. I pondered what color to get and then I read someone's review of the pewter Jessie and they mentioned they went with everything. That sold me! And they are everything I hoped for, good looking, exceptionally comfortable and they match everything!

I have been wearing Dansko shoes for years, always a size 39. I kept these at home for over a week trying to talk myself into having them fit. In the end I returned them, and am awaiting a size 40. Hopefully they will fit; they were comfortable and really good looking sandals.

I love this shoe and find only one fault; the leather foot bed is a bit slippery when walking, making me feel a little insecure in my footing. I prefer the suede foot bed because the foot never slips. Otherwise, the shoe is beautiful and very comfortable. Bought the red and it goes with almost everything.

I love these shoes. Great fit and comfortable. Got a pair last year, but had gray fabric on foot-pad that stained (would not wash out after 3 washes - though everything stayed in tact on gentle warm wash, cold rinse cycle, no dryer!) from natural wear and I hate that. This black pair does not have the fabric foot and it is black, so I won't be bothered by stains. I'm short so it gives me the added height I love with no high heel. They stay on good with the strap adjustments. I wear 7.5-8 in reg shoes, 7 in open toe/sandals.

I loved the look but wasn't sure if it would stay on the foot without any back strap. Never wore backless sandals. During recent trip to Puerto Rico my feet swell from the heat. Thanks to the adjustability of BOTH straps I could keep them on. Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Some shoes have buckles just for decoration. This one doesn't. I wish they came in more playful colors. Don't wear black, white or red. I have the beige ones. Any fall colors like yellow, green, rust etc. I would buy them all. Thanks for the truly wonderful shoes.

I absolutely love these Danskos! I bought them in black last spring; tramped all over city, town, and village in them. Cobblestones no problems - super comfortable and stable. They look great with skirts, pants and capris. The leather footbed makes them a cut above most others.

Excellent comfort. Love the Dansko shoes in general. highly recommend The Dansko Jessie. I have them in 5 different colrs. I am on my feet all day long and by the end of the day my feet still feel good thanks to the shape, arch support and comfort of these open shoes.

I have been wearing my Dansko Jessie mules for about a week and I love them! They are comfy and true to size and look great! Top quality. Shopping on Zappos was fun and ordering was quick and simple. A great experience all around.

I bought the Sand Lizard color, and truthfully I purchased them (for more money) at a local retailer. First, this color is amazing - the pics honestly don't do them justice, and as we all read in so many reviews "I get so many compliments on them! Well, these I truly do - all the time. I've had them maybe three months and have barely worn anything else - they really do look that good with skirts, jeans, shorts, etc. I have a weird, sometimes widish funky foot with a high arch needing good support. All my girlfriends, from funky to normal feet have tried these on, and all fell in love. I am a huge Dansko fan for this reason alone. So please Dansko, keep it up, your shoes just keep getting better, more comfortable, and more good looking!

I've owned many pairs of Danskos and always loved them, but had stopped wearing them for some reason. Pleased with this purchase as they were comfortable right out of the box!

Love this for comfort and style! I own about six pair of Danskos and I have this style sole in three pair. They are very comfortable to teach in, and good for my feet and back.

Really comfortable and I love the adjustable buckles! The front band fit perfectly and the upper band only needed to be loosened one hole to be tight enough without pinching.

I love these shoes! they not only go with practically everything I have. They can go from super casual to dressy casual all in the same day. The way they are designed is super comfortable! They have adjustable straps so I am calling them true to width. I am a ninja when it comes to search for comfort and cuteness! Way to go, Zappos, you have the best choices!

AWESOME! Comfortable, supportive, fashionable, just all around fabulous. I had to get the next size up, i thought they run a bit small. But may give with wear? Another great sandal by Dansko!

After having ankle surgery I have been trying to find comfortable but stylish shoes and these sandals have both. I get compliments on how they look all the time and I can wear them while working and my ankle feels great!
