Because of my extra wide feet, I pretty much just shop at Skechers because of their large choice of extra wide styles.

Have worn a regular width extensively. But really needed something wider, so I bought the "extra-wide". Which turned out to be narrower? Poor quality control? Extra wide marketing hype? Hard to know but clearly not any wider.

I live in the Arizona desert and as long as I am not walking through the desert I wear these year around. The older syles of this type of sandal would last me about two years, these days I am lucky to get a year out of them. Like most things they do not make them like they used to. Regardless, a good sandal for the price as sandles like this I have owned at twice the price have lasted me no longer.

I found mine by chance and was surprised with a great discount at the cash register here in Italy. I would have been happy to have paid the full price. With a huge fall off this year in the selection of similar sandals by style, I was happy to find these sandals. For any 3-strap sandal you have to experiment with the strap settings to find the best fit. Once I found the best one for me, it was nearly perfect excepy for the wide gap caused under the strap over the toes. There's a miserable space that grates on the big toes' big knuckle that is simply fastidious. The sandals are still wearable, just not on rough terrain, especially for long distances. I suspect the padding - which they call 'memory foam' - won't hold up well around saltwater beaches. I'll where mine with Bermuda shorts or light jeans this summer. They're not as lightweight as some other Skecher products. I picked them for their durable materials, colour - dark tobacco - openfacedness for ventilation and tanning, cushiony inner sole, the tagged price (with the in store discount I paid about $27 US, the brand's image and reputation, the slightly wider than average width across the ball of the foot - hard to find, and mine are 2E and most are D here. The box advertises 'wrap-around memory foam lining' or what they also call 'memmory foam 360' and it seems to have that - this nicely helps keep a foot from sliding and chafing. The box says "instant comfort" - and I must say, I felt that in the store trying them on. Also says, "durable outsole' which time will tell, but it seems a thicker than average plastic, but I can't tell what kind - hard like ABS but with some spongy give to it. I wear all types of sizes, from 10 to 11 1/2 in American sizes, but went with 12 US or 46 Europe because the extra platform keeps small gravel from riding up and then under my foot I find. Mine are labelled 'Made In China' - Model 64487 / BRN but called Gander - Louden not Connor - Louden.

I have wide feet, so I learned my men's size from a chart (size 8) and sure enough found these wonderful sandals that are sturdy, stylish, and a better fit than the female versions that were $20 more expensive. Skechers has a wonderful variety of sandals for women, but only at medium width.

Good buy for the cost.

I am finding it is hard to get the strap adjustment just right so the sandles are comfortable without my toes hanging over the edge and yes the size is right it is the adjustment parameters that are not exact enough

Very comfortable sandals, both the soft inner foot rest and the smooth feeling of the rubber sole.

Gander - Trevors are almost the same but come equipped with quick release buckle, which unfortunately they no longer manufacture.

The sandals are great, however it doesn't fit my size, sketchers doesn't carry all sizes. My shoe size is 7, however in Skechers my shoes size is 6. but their starting size is 7. If you are 5.11 or 6 feet then size 7 or 8 will fit perfectly

Extremely comfortable

I owned these for about I wore these in water and they did not drain properly. This caused chunks of the foam to come off because of the storage of the water in them. They lasted about 2 years.

It has a bubble when you put it on an air bubble on the two of them

It would be great if you carried extra wide, smaller sizes for mem

Needs to come in half sizes. Very disappointed.

I really wanted these to work has finding sandals for 3.5EEE feet is not easy. But I had to return them, as they were defective and developed a bubbling up or bunching under the toes on the first walk of a couple of kilometers.

I wanted extra wide sandals. They fit pretty good. I have very tender feet. I noticed that the top straps felt like they would chafe. The attachment loop on the straps where it attaches to the shoe also looks very thin, flimsy and not very durable. They really need to fix that. The straps were long which is really nice. The foot bed felt very nice and I liked the padding. I ended up returning them to the store and bought another brand. I like their shoes in general just not the quality of these. The styling of them is very good. I wish they had some all leather sandals. That's what I ended up getting.
