I have 2 pairs where the sole inserts came off and Skechers would not replace since they said they were defective since I didn't have the sales receipt. I have 6 pairs of their shoes which I like but don't understand why Skechers do not stand behind a defective product less than 1 year old which they could tell by the Mfg. Date Code after I spent 17$ to send them to them at their request.

How could the same shoe I bought previously and the exact same size fit differently this time? The shoes I received seemed bigger than the previous pair and my feet are swimming inside. Regrettably I had to return the shoes locally and I wound up getting a different brand shoe altogether. I'm not happy with Skechers at the moment.

I picked these shoes because they are very light and the style that I prefer. The salesman at the store measured my foot for these shoes, which had to be ordered. He did not do a good job of measuring because the shoes are a bit tight and uncomfortable. The store was not very close to where I live and not convenient for me to return. I'm not happy with the purchase and I'm stuck with these shoes.

I purchased these for my son about 3 weeks ago. He is only 10 but wears mens sizes already, and loved the comfort of this shoe. He wore them to school each day and took them off when he came home and put on other shoes. I have had to replace these shoes because the material where his foot naturally bends has huge holes on the top of both feet. Very disappointed for them to break down in a matter af weeks

Liked the outside look and feel but inside the insole was glued down so tied it could not be removed, in order for me to use my orthotics. Shoe felt bait cheaply made. Sent them back to the Vendor.
