Not real leather, so too expensive for what it is. Otherwise comfortable heel and straps. But it is a lower heel so not as flattering.

Strap is too forward. Doesn't fit well

I needed a nude heel in a pinch to wear to an event, these worked for one time wear before they broke. The look is nice, but you get what you pay for- they are not comfortable mainly due to the height of the ankle strap which hits at weird spot on ankle bone. I had to rotate the buckle so it was in the back otherwise would be too painful. I was going to wear them a second time and within minutes of wearing the heel on one shoe collapsed from coming unglued from the back of the shoe. I will invest in better quality for a basic like this!

Was excited to received these heels, since it's such a classic style. They arrived in an unmarked brown cardboard shoebox, not the typical Steve Madden logo'd box, which indicated to me they must have been a return. I did size up, per the other reviews, but they were still very narrow in the footbed and tight in the toe area. But, the true dealbreaker was that I couldn't even get the ankle strap around my ankle. Also like the other reviews indicated, the ankle strap was very short.

These shoes looked great but they were hard for me to walk in. My heel kept slipping out of place and I did not feel like I had a lot of ankle support with the strap. I ended up with the same style shoe but different brand.

I so wanted to like these shoes, but sadly will be returning. Beautiful and delicate shoes right out of the box. Contrary to several reviews, I did not find they ran small. I ordered my regular size and they fit just fine. Unfortunately it was an awkward fit. The back of the heel comes up very high and hit me at a weird space behind my ankle. Almost immediately after trying them on, it felt very rough, blister city ahead. The back of shoe is very shallow, my heel could easily move side to side off the shoe, while strapped in. I'm not sure how it would stay on my foot or how anyone could find these comfortable, as stated in many reviews. I have average size feet and ankles, nothing crazy, but they did not work for me.

Unlike other reviews, I found these heels to be painful after a full day wear. I wore them for a wedding and was in pain for 2 days afterwards. I don't think I'll be wearing them again anytime soon.

These are your average ankle strap heels but they are VERY uncomfortable. Like just standing in them is uncomfortable and they aren't even that high. The look is ok, but there's no reason they should be that uncomfortable. Sent them back immediately.

Super uncomfortable shoe...I bought them for a wedding and could not stand them. The wedding was almost three weeks ago and one of my toes is still suffering.

Love the style of this shoe and the heel height but sadly the straps and the back of this shoe sliced my ankle and heel to the point that I couldn't wear other shoes with a back for 3 weeks. Ouch! It could have been because I did not break them in before wearing them for a wedding for several hours (?) I really wanted to love this shoe and buy other colors, but the resulting injuries are not worth it.

Very cute shoe, and seems like a decent amount of cushion. I bought these shoes for a wedding, based on the reviews. I don't wear heels very often due to chronic foot pain, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately there wasn't enough shoe support for me and had a hard time walking in them, and I found the ankle strap very uncomfortable. These are going back.

I so wanted to give these shoes a 5 star rating. I ordered a size 9.5 in the Blush Patent color. I received a size 8.0 in the Blush Patent inside the box marked 9.5. :( Color was exactly what I wanted but can't rate it for fit because it did not. Zappos, please, do quality control checks on your returns! This should not have happened. These are going back asap.

These shoes are AWFUL. I ordered them to wear for a sorority formal and thought they would be perfect with my dress and were short enough to keep my feet comfortable all night. I have extremely narrow feet and the front strap was pinching my toes and making my feet hurt within the 5 seconds I had them on. Not to mention the ankle strap is WAY too small. I have pretty skinny ankles and I couldn't even wear the loosest setting. These are definitely being returned!
