These are my new favorite booties ever! I loved my Dansko Professional clogs, but after 15 years, they fell apart and I had to decide what Dansko I wanted to get - the same or the booties. I decided to try these and I have worn them every single day since I got them and have not been disappointed! The toe box looks like the traditional clog, but the added bootie is super cute. I have to have foot surgery in the upcoming year and have not been able to wear a "cute" shoe for very long, but I can wear these - and stand and walk - for the whole day and not have sore feet. What a pleasure!

These fit exactly like Dansko's fit. They're a bit on the wide size, but standard for this brand. My only comment is the color is a bit lighter than in the picture. I ordered the taupe and it's much more of a tan. Other than that, I'm very happy.

I loved the boot but it was too narrow and I did not want to go up a size since I had plenty of room in the toe area.

These shoes are awesome! Buy them now! Perfect multi occasion shoe and super comfy. Worn to grocery store, daughters class trip, out to brunch, lunch and plan on wearing them to dinner and dressing them up. great with skinnies, leggings, boyfriend cut jeans,and I'm sure they will be lovely with a casual dress/skirt as well. Took about a day of break in, they are a wee bit narrow in the toe, but I have work other Dansko's that feel similar to start. Ordered in my regular Dansko clog shoe size, would not go any bigger or smaller. I mean, where have these shoe been all my life?! Totally worth the money. Definite closet staple!I bought the black. Would totally consider another color next year. Thank You Dansko and thank you Zappos!

I LOVE these. I have been waiting to pull the gun on these, but finally did it. SO GLAD I did!!! They are super cute and so comfortable. I have several Dansko clogs, these are my first boots. I just got online and ordered the black too!!

Get these shoes! I bought these to be comfortable shoes to wear to work- I stand all day. I was worried they would look like "old lady shoes" but they are very cute on. I get compliments on them all the time. I normally wear a 6.5-7 and I ordered the size 37- they were huge! I returned them for the 36 and I am so happy I did. When they came I was worried they would feel too tight, but the soft leather shaped to my foot after the first wear.

I unabashedly own 4 (count 'em) 4 pairs of these Dansko's in all colors because they are such great shoes. I stand all day for work, and walk a lot. These shoes not only make my outfits look good, they allow me to function all day long. Total winners in my book.

Love the style and comfort! I wear a size 8-1/2, so I wasn't sure which Euro size to order - got both 38 and 39. 38 was a bit snug, 39 felt big (actually they felt fine, but I thought they made my feet look huge). 38 may have worked if they were just a bit wider (and I don't have a particularly wide foot).

There probably isn't too much more to add to these boots that hasn't already been said. They are very comfortable and stylish. Easy to walk in. I wear a 10.5 wide shoe but ALWAYS have to size up to a 42 in Dansko whether it runs big or not. These have plenty of extra room in front of the toes, but that is needed since they are not as wide as the clogs, but rather are more form fitting and soft enough if you have problem toes like I do. Wish I would have tried these sooner, but thought that the heel would be tipsy, but it is not. The taupe is a really nice neutral color that will go with just about anything. Have not been able to wear them outside yet due to our snow and frigid weather, but if not too much snow or bitter cold they will be great.

I was looking for a stylish bootie that I could wear all day at work- I am constantly on my feet and walking around a building the size of football field. These shoes have worked perfectly. They are extremely comfortable and my feet do not ache at the end of the day. They also style easily with skinny or boot cut jeans. The only issue I have with these shoes they rub blisters on the inside of my ankles where the zipper sits and I have to put a bandaid on every time I wear them. I hoped this problem would go away as they were broken in, but I have worn them many times and so far no luck. Still worth the purchase though, I wouldn't return them.

Wear this bootie in size 41 in the brown, love it. Actually a little big so I use inserts. The suede looks great after a year! Tried the Black in a 40, just a little too small. I do get compliments.

Took a few wears to break in, had some chafing at the ankle at first. Since then very comfortable, but I do wish there was more arch support as I've had some plantar fascia pain since starting to wear these as my primary shoe. I'm not sure if I've just gotten used to wearing danskos, but I don't turn my ankle as much as when I'm wearing the clogs. A little slippery on the ice and snow.

Was sort of apprehensive about buying these after reading many mixed reviews, but thought I'd give them a try since as an RN working in a busy ER, I always have worn Dansko's professional clogs. When you spend 8-12+ hours straight on your feet, good shoe reviews travel fast through units and hospitals. I'd be willing to be that Dansko clogs are THE shoe of choice in the ER, OR, ICU, and any other busy unit in most hospitals. This particular shoe/boot fits like the clogs, a little loose and roomy. However, they don't have an overly large opening at the ankle which was one concern for me with my skinny ankles and legs. I would treat these as I would their clogs only with a zipper, suede fabric (not like clogs), and higher shaft. I think they look good with leggings/tights and jeans etc...I got the taupe, and I really do like them enough to maybe get a second pair in black.

I love, love, love these boots. The taupe color has a bit of a gray hue and looks lovely with most anything. These are so comfortable that I have barely stopped wearing them since I purchase them two weeks ago. The heel height is perfect as well. I have a more narrow, flat foot and don't have any trouble putting the boots on, or taking them off. I've been wearing a medium weight sock, and my size is a 37 which I find true to size with these boots. Bonus...the boot are already Scotchgard treated!

very nice bootie - it was my first time ordering Danskos - so I was not sure about the fit. I normally wear a 9 or 40 and this one just had way too much room!! I tend to have a narrow foot - so the Marilyn seems to be more on the Narrow side - trying those out now!

These are so much more comfortable than I would have thought. I put them on and started walking. No back pain no foot pain. Cushiony. Cute. Am thinking of a second color.

I bought these for work, since I stand all day, but they ended up being so cute that I wear them in life. They're definitely chunky, but look great with tights and a skirt/dress or ankle skinny jeans and low socks. They're comfortable for about 5 miles of city walking, which is pretty impressive.

These booties are really stylish and sharp looking, although a bit plain. The arch support is terrific in these shoes. I thought I would be okay with the 2" heels, but it hurt my back to walk in them. I'm afraid I would turn an ankle too easily, which is a problem for me with Danskos. Another reviewer commented about the shaft height of these being a bit off for skinny jeans. I agree. Because they are so clunky looking, I didn't feel like they looked right with skinny jeans. I will continue my quest for the perfect boots for my hard-to-fit feet. Thank you, Zappos, for your gracious return policy.

Oh Maria, here I am on Zappos in the same place I was last year. Ready to order another pair of these wonderful shoes. After unexpectedly moving to Oregon, becoming a bike commuter and working in retail full time on my feet I didn't have any shoes to fit the bill. These have been everything and more. I have worn them everyday to work for a year, through the rain, on my bike. Because they are leather, the initial fit is snug. I had to go down to a 7 from being a 7.5 normally. However, once the leather ages the shoes become more comfortable and will become the most true to size shoe you will ever have. You can also clean them and buff them and the black stays dark - I love wearing them out on evening occasions (especially in the winter). The heel is tall enough for support and length but not to make you tower or uncomfortable, and the faux wood contrast always catches attention. Truly can wear with everything (Maybe the exception is hiking, but I hope that is obvious). I have gotten so many compliments, and I just tell people - Spend the money on Maria.

Bought these thinking they would be as great as my Dansko clogs and they look great but are not as comfy for long days on my feet. Fine for short days but can't do a 8 hour shift in them. I work retail and was hoping to replace my clogs with a cuter version. Bummed.

I have always been a fan of Danskos because they fit my feet just right. But never very chic, until I bought these! I just love, love, love them. They are the only shoes I want to put on in the morning, and they look great with sweats or a dress. My only issue is that I had to return the first pair because the left boot had a defective zipper and side seam.
