This shoe is comfortable right out of the box. It gives plenty of height, but is stable and easy to walk in. The support is great! I tried Stuart Weitzman Anna platforms first, but they were too high to walk in for very long. The Kirsten is perfect. I'm a size 4.5 M and they fit just right. Thank you, Zappos, for carrying small sizes!!!

These are ultra comfy, but a little high and chunky. The chunky style is current and they do fit like a dream with no rubbing anywhere. Wear 'em right out of the box!

Love these shoes! I wear an 8.5 M and they fit true to size for me. I am on my feet all day and they are so very comfortable. And so cute. I've had many compliments on them. They can dress up or down. I am a big Munro fan anyway, but these are my favorites so far.

This shoe is cute and very comfortable. Beware it runs very small. I wear a 9N and I had to size up to a 10N. I have never bought a size 10 shoe in my life.

Finally! These shoes look great and feel great on my 6WW feet. They are really expensive, but I'm going to give away all the dress shoes I've bought over the last 5 years and never worn and buy a third pair of these.

They arrived last night. I've never worn a platform that high (although I'm short and should). Why was I afraid of a shoe that feels like a bedroom slipper? Go figure! These are incredibly soft and comfortable from the top to the bottom, its all soft and easy. No pain, no wobbling. I'm lusting after a second pair already. You'll be surprised by their comfort.

I just received my pair in blue and I love them. My normal size is 6 1/2 EEE but I ordered one size up and they fit perfectly. I always had the best success with this brand for my extremely wide feet. I also have a high arch and they felt comfortable from day one. More expensive than most but highly recommended. I love this shoe! I have never worn a platform shoe before, but this one is a winner with me. I have a narrow foot, but based on other reviews on Munro American shoes, I always order a medium and have good results. I also ordered the Munro Abby, both in black nubuck, and they are both great...and I don't think I can keep both.

I love the way these look and the leather is so soft. But the heel is a little high for me and more importantly, the strap seems to hit my ankle bone at an awkward point - not sure if it is because I am short or if that is normal. Anyway, too bad. I love the look and the color but they are too expensive to keep and not have them be awesome for my feet!

I read all the reviews before purchasing these, and I really wanted to love these. I walked around the house several times at different times of the day - no deal. Reality is, for this price, they need to fit like butter! The straps should be longer. The arch is tight and felt like it was "choking" my foot. If the price was significantly lower, I might have took a chance to see if I could brake them in, but not at this price. I wear a 7WW, high instep, low arch, wide ankle. I really expected these to work out.

Pretty comfortable, soft leather, cute style, I wear 2A narrow and with adjustable strap was able to make it fit. The only problem is that my big toe was off the side of the shoe a bit. too bad the toe box wasn't a bit wider. It wasn't too tight, but my big toe went off to the side, so, I guess a square toe would have been better for me. Not at all too tight, very nice feel, but it didn't work for me.

I bought these shoes in the tan color. They look very nice with jeans. I wore them the first night to go dancing and they were pretty comfy and gave good support. They are actually quite stylish for Munro shoes and I hope Munro shoe company will make more hip shoes in narrow sizes. I also purchased black and have not wore them. As usual I ordered shoes one day and they were at my doorstep the next. Great job, Zappos!

I love the styling of this shoe - simple & elegant. However, they run small and the strap is too short. Even on the last notch, the strap holds the shoe so tight to my foot that it presses on my arch, even while sitting. It also causes the shoe to twist around on my foot while walking & I have twisted my ankle several times and nearly fallen. I walk very carefully in these shoes now, and only in my office. If the strap was longer these issues would probably go away.

First, the good. The inside of the shoe is incredibly soft, and the style is super cute. The heel height is good for adding a bit of definition to the calf (heels make legs look awesome), but without putting too much strain on the heel. Unfortunately, this shoe just doesn't work for me. I wear a WW, usually in a 10.5-11. I ordered the 10.5 in this shoe, and then length was really fine. The issue was that it wasn't really big enough to comfortably slide my foot in, and even with tugging it up, it wound up with a weird puckering down by the toe. I'm not bothering trying a size up. If you have an extra wide foot with a lower arch, this is probably a great shoe. But my extra wide foot and high arch just don't fit. Sad day.

Unfortunately I have a difficult to fit foot and these nice-looking Munro Kirsten sandals do not work for me. I typically wear a size 5-1/2 2E in Brooks and New Balance running shoes. The Kirsten fits well in length and width, however the outside where the strap buckles is too high and cuts into the bottom of my ankle bone, just standing with the shoe on. It was more painful walking in the shoes. It is about 2-1/8" from the shoe bed to the top of the strap. It is nice that the back strap is adjustable.

It's a great day when I find a shoe that looks good and also fits my wide width, and doesn't hurt my bone spurs. Alas, these shoes, which fit well in all respects, were not a shoe for me. I tried walking a few steps in them in my house and felt very unstable in them, due to the rigid sole. If you don't mind that feeling - a wobbly rocker effect - you will be more able to wear them than I.

Heavy and sloppy looking. Not a sleek shoe. Awkward fit. Trying to walk in them is uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price. These go back.

These shoes are mostly comfortable to wear, attractive, add height and are easy to walk in. Friends ask wear I got them but the $180.00 price loses them. I don't have a lot of choices with a wide foot.

I bought the tan in 6.5W 3 weeks ago and they fit like a dream! So 2 weeks later I bought the black in 6.5W and they're a full size larger than the tan pair! Exchanged for the 6W. I think they are a true 6 - just a tad small for me. Too bad about the inconsistent sizing, I am returning both pair of black Kirstens and don't think I will order another. If you get the correct size, these are amazingly comfortable.
