Got these for my son on Xmas....the shoes are great but when I received them there was a huge gray scuff mark right on the side in the front so that sucks but I want to give to him for Xmas so I'm biting the bullet.

Excellent shoe for my grandson

They don't fit

I'm a size 4.5 in women's and ordered a size 3 in youth. It's a little large, I should've gotten a size 2.5 in youth. It's been really good for walking in the snow, and I love the style. The black rubs off a little on my feet and socks, however.

It's a work boot that is used mainly for fashion depending on the region

I sent it back due to it being a size too big. I want to be fully refunded

The boots in green are bigger and wider than the classic yellow ones. I normally wear women size 5; with the classic yellow color, I am in Junior size 4; but even junior 3.5 in this pair are still too big for me. The toe area is very wide... too bad, this has to be returned.

The material was definitely more rigid than the classic design. I liked the texture of the shoe and it looks very sharp but when it was worn the materials felt hard and rigid and the stitchings inside kept poking my ankles. Maybe with a long pair of socks, you won't notice it but it's not for me.

the size was a half size too large than what normally is worn as footwear.

Super comfortable and perfect in every way other then the dye coming off and staining my skin black.

Boots run big

The only thing that really disappoints about these are that the Hang tag chain is so cheap. My daughter cares that the hang tags shows. She cares that everyone knows that she has timberlands (Shallow but real) THe tag always falls off (On all of her pairs) She has finally lost one and won't wear that pair. I tried to buy a new one. (I didn't even expect a free one) They do not offer them for sale. I was going to buy her new custom ones for her birthday but have decoded to buy Jordans instead because it makes me crazy to think that this company has the chance to make a loyal customer happy by selling a product, and they choose not to. (My daughter has friends that have also lost their hang tag due to the chain coming undone)

I was so excited about these boots. However, there was a tear/scuff in this boot after just two wears. Unacceptable for the alleged quality.

Great winter/fall boats

They run big in size we returned them still waiting for return we reorder the for they where as a Christmas gift for our grandkids

True to size but a little disappointed. I know so many people who had no problem with the boots but mine were like two completely different boots. Different material and one was almost a centimeter wider on the top of the foot, it felt like a HUGE difference.

Sooo, we ordered off timberland.com & they were delayed because of the snow. We finally got em & neither of them fit. We reordered in the correct sizes & sent them back, they said three to five business days. They never came. We told them all of our inconveniences & they promised overnight shipping. NOW they're saying they don't have those sizes in boys only women's. We just canceled the order altogether. It's been like 3 weeks

I hate timberland They aren't the same as back in the days

This is the second time I've bought shoes online from this company both times the shoes were defective. Stitches coming appart. Sole inside folded in half.

This shoe was ordered in the pink full grain. The pearl nor silver emblem was on the shoe. I'm so disappointed. The shoe is absolutely gorgeous, but this is not what I was expecting.
