These were definitely a little more out there for me, but I liked the idea of the cords giving support while offering breathability. I am really glad that I tried them. They are fun and come in handy so much of the time. The comfort was the biggest surprise - it really feels like you are not even wearing shoes!

I bought these for a trip to Thailand. My husband loved them. I purchased the same pair in women's shoes and we wore them the entire vacation! Great shoe. Great support.

I have problem feet. I have hammer toes and bunions. I order shoes that I think will work for me and always end up sending them back. Skechers seem to be the only shoe that doesn't hurt. I have way more pairs than I care to mention.. I've been trying and trying to find something different. Finally! I found this and call it my shoe/sandal. They felt so comfortable right out of the box. I am so very pleased. An order for another pair will be sent today.

Oh yes! This is my 4th, yes fourth pair of these sandals. Much like the other three pair these look fantastic and fit true to size. Right out of the box they wear like house slippers, I barely wear anything else anymore and with all the great new color choices I imagine I'll own another pair or two before long. Thanks Keen!!

Was happy to receive them but skeptical regarding whether the price accorded the reviews some folks have left. Upon putting them on, I am happy to report that if you are willing to put a premium price on comfort, these are your sandal/shoe. The Uneek is a strange meld between shoe and sandal. All the support and security in step of a shoe while still maintaining the open air feeling of a sandal. The size ran *exact* for me. Do not buy your normal size if you are a person who wants a little room or is in denial regarding what your foot size really is. I wear a men's US 11 and sometimes will pick up a 10.5 in shoes I know run a little big. I can now attest that a 10.5 in these hybrids would have been uncomfortably small and the footbed might not have fit. I like the form-fitting snug feel of these albeit, the back strap is a little more snug than I like at the moment and after wearing for a day. Experience says that this will stretch slightly over the next few days and I am excited to have such a formed shoe in the near future. I would be very happy to wear these to the pool, and also on a light hike where I know my feet might get wet. The soles are gripping and sure and yet it feels like I am barefooted with arch support. Ha! If buying these for a trip, make sure you get them a week or two ahead of time to "wear them in" before doing a lot of walking. They will need to stretch a little and form to your foot type.

Run, don't walk to the checkout page and get at least one pair of these fantastic sandals. I own eight pair of sandals. These are one of the most two comfortable pair, and they are already my favorite because in addition to being comfortable, they are very stylish. I have been wearing them constantly since I got them. They run just a tiny bit small, so if you are debating sizes or you are in between, go larger. You will be very happy with these terrific sandals.

Really like this sandal. Very comfortable, cool, airy, and light weight on the foot. Getting another pair. Based on reviews I read I ordered one size larger (no 12 1/2) and based on the 13 I ordered I'm sure a size 12 would have been too short while a 12 1/2 would have been the perfect fit but the 13 is close. Note that my review is for the size 13.

Well bummer. Took these straight out of the box and slipped them on. Nirvana. Super comfy, and awesome design. The problem showed up about 20 minutes later. I've got flat feet, and the arch support in these are just too much. So be forewarned, if you've got flat feet, these aren't the ones.

I was ordering my third pair of Newports - because I wore them out - and I saw the Uneek sandles. I read the reviews with interest, particularly the ones that say the sandles are not true to size. Once again, I want to thank Keen for using my foot as the male model, size 11. They fit perfectly! And, I have received numerous compliments on the appearance.

Nice style and color selection. The fit was a bit snug. Overall it appears to be a decent buy.

Love these sandals! For me, it is the perfect combination of style and comfort. The "woven rope net design" looks questionable in the pictures, but when you get the actual shoe and put it on, the design looks ten times better than the picture! I literally have gotten at least 2 compliments a week from strangers when I wear these, and people want to know where I purchased them. Being a 'whimsical eclectic eccentric artistic' type, these sandals perfectly fit my persona. I'm a black male with size 10 and a half to 11 size feet, and I was nervous about correct shoe sizes via an internet order. I got a 10 and a half. It turned out to be a slightly tight fit with part of the 'cord design' rubbing painfully on the right side of my upper foot. But I used shoe stretchers to stretch the sandals overnight, and now they fit fine. And I have a medium to light brown skin tone, so I love how the black & yellow color design contrast with my skin. For Caucasian and lighter skin tones, be prepared for the possibility of having some very (weird or cool?) 'net like tan lines' on your feet, after wearing in direct sun! And I can't say enough about the speed and service of Zappos. They really have a fast delivery once you place your order! I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend both Zappos and the Keen Uneek sandal!

Love the style. I've had several people ask me about these. Great arch support as well. The Brindle color is a little lighter than I expected.

Interesting! Cooler than webbed Keens, unusual look. They were too tight initially, but adjusted they were Keen comfortable!

Absolutely awesome! I've never liked sandals. I have a med-to-low arch. I don't like to shuffle along, and I think a guy ought to be able to at least break into a trot without worrying that his shoes are going to come off. My wife LOVES sandals and she has made it her mission to find me the perfect pair. I think I have 5-6 pairs in the closet, all purchased at resorts we have visited; I never wear them. We are headed to China next month and expect it to be HOT so my wife was pushing sandals, again. I included these Keens in the gray color among four pairs (sandals and vented tennis shoes) that I thought I could walk in while keeping cool. I AM KEEPING THE KEEN's. They hold my foot like a shoe with the cool comfort of a sandal. Wife says that they look a little odd at first glance, (I agree), but when you take a second look and realize these are sandals not shoes, they look pretty good. For guys like me looking at these Keens hoping they might be that compromise that will keep your feet cool and still allow you to "walk like you are going somewhere": you found-em. They fit true to size and the footbed is solid and "all day walking" comfortable. I don't know how well the cord construction will hold up, but I'm not sure I care. I'd rather buy another pair than sandal shop again. These are great! Note; I gave these 3stars on style because my foot ain't that pretty. I have never seen a sandal on a mans foot that deserved more than 3 stars.

Absolutely the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. Great support, too, and the styling is extraordinary. Love the feel of air floating through the open sides. Easy to slip on and off as well.

I found the men's version of these shoes to be more comfortable than the women's version. They must be slightly wider. I also liked the option of the neutral color. Comfort is excellent and has a moccasin feel when walking. They are very nice.

I was not sure if I would like these, but they proved to be a wonderful buy. They are extremely comfortable - buy a size larger than you normally wear - and they are also great looking. I bought a neutral gray pair that work well at home and even for casual office wear. Plus, I bought some cheap colorful parachute cord and can thread through different colors to change up my look. That is pretty cool. I love that these look like normal shoes on first glance - they cover up your feet pretty well but still feel airy. The material and crafting appear top notch. No issues, or smells after a month of use.

I was pretty sure I was going to return this even before I received it. To my surprise this was the best sandal I've ever owned. I had Teva, Chaco, Dockers, Adidas, Nike, and so many others I can't remember. I have wide feet and these fit perfectly. Only my vibrams compare in comfort and I wear socks with those. I'd recommend a half size up if you have wide feet like me.

I got these as a gift and gave them back. These sandals are so ugly it hurts. Too complex. I noticed that a couple of reviews mentioned they get lots of looks, sure because they are the most hideous men's sandal out there. Not comfortable either, although I will admit to taking about two steps before putting them back in the bx.

Purchased shoe for friend as I already own the black/yellow style. Shoe is true to size fit and wears well with anything. Keen shoes are excellent!

I thought these would be ideal for a week at Disney (lots of walking in hot weather) but I can tell you that they are not good for people with wide and/or flat feet. I started to get blisters on my arch after half a day...gave up on them afterwards. Even with a break in period, there is no way these shoes would get more comfortable in the mid sole/arch area as they are too narrow and arch is too high.
