I was skeptical. The Uneek has performed better than expected and I am very pleased with the fit. The relatively flat sole and insert have provided more impact resistance than I expected. The sandals fit very snug for me, even without tightening the tie string. This means my foot does not slip, with or without socks. I usually wear the Uneeks without socks. They are not sliders. You need to purposefully insert your foot into the sandal. I have never experienced them coming off my foot. Ive had no hot spots or blisters. I have worn the Uneeks for hours walking in urban settings, sometimes when it was very hot. They are not hiking sandals. The cordage attracts stickers and burrs. I did not buy them to hike in. I gambled that they might alleviate some mid-foot pain, which they have. Overall, Im impressed with the sandal. Works great out here in California. Ive had my Uneeks for a couple of months and feel confident taking the sandals back to Boston for vacation and lots of walking around.

I'm new to Keen and I gave the Uneeks a try. Love them. I think they are a little hard to wear all day long at first but they break in quickly and feel amazing if you're wearing them for a short period of time. I'd recommend the Uneeks to anyone.

This is my fifth pair. Always gets great comments. Love the fit, comfort, style.

I have several different styles of Keen Uneek sandals, but backless, and with backs. They are the most comfortable, stylish, and sturdy sandals around. They are great for fishing, beach, cruises, or any outdoor activity.

Hands down, comfiest sandal I've ever owned in my life. Fit me perfectly right out of the box. Have already received so many compliments on them from friends and people seeing me out. I bought the black/black monochrome and when I wear black socks with them, they look even sleeker and cooler. I love that they're so lightweight and even after I got them a little wet from walking around by the river, they dried super fast! These truly are so UNEEK. I was unsure if this would fit me or not based on how unusual they look at first, but they're just so fun and I fear I'll never be able to wear another pair of sandals again after this. I'll definitely be buying more in other colors.

I bought a pair of Uneek Sandals at an outdoor/hiking store in August of 2016 in Moab, Utah the day after my wedding. Having had Neuropathy in my feet since 2001, I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that are tolerable to wear at alllet alone be actually comfortable. My feet run super hot as well sometimes and the cord network allows for a lot of air to circulate and cool them. It could be a big deal for someone living with it. These sandals have made living with Neuropathy much easier.

Ive owned two pairs of these. Long lifespan, great durability. Very comfortable.

I now have a collection of Keen shoes and I have been so pleased with the quality. The different styles and service is amazing.

Great looking shoe, but they run small and narrow. Ideal size indicated 13 but my great toe was pushing out between the webbing at the front of the shoe and the side of my foot was stressing the side material. Really wished they'd have fit. The look is unique and would have been perfect for any outdoor activity.

Saw a man at an estate sale wearing the most interesting shoes. Ask him and he says he gets asked all the time. Hes on his third pair. I immediately looked them up and decided Yep thats what Im getting my husband for his birthday! Hes a New Years baby , so theyd be also Happy New ! I ordered them , they arrived on the front porch , when he wasnt home! Oh Joy! Hide them away til the big day. Day before the Big day came , he was occupied, I wrapped them . Big day came , such fun to see him open them and give them the once over. He was very quizzical about their design. Looked at them for a while , then tried them on. It was true happiness on his feet !! He wears them all the time , because in Texas you can wear flip flops year round , except for a day or 2 now and then. Well the Keens I bought were fabulous all terrain shoes for land and water and they are structurally interesting. They are really art work on your feet. Well as the tome goes by I suspect Ill have occasions again to surprise him with new colors !!! Happy Hubby loves them.

Got my husband size 11 (hes 10.5-11) and they fit perfectly.

Ive been wearing keen sandals for years , hiking in the Rockies to surf fishing in Gulf to dinners at a restaurant , the same sandals , people complenting on them fro Detroit to New Orleans , last forever

I love Keen shoes. They were made for my foot type. I have more Keen's than Vienna has hot dogs.

If the Keen Design Team is reading this they should mix the DNA of the Howser Slipper with the Uneek I think it would be a homerun.

I have 8 pairs but wore out the old colors. Desperately need some of the old colors. Orange and grey, orange and black, tan and black?

My second pair and really pleased with the quality and fit. I am a UK size 8 and ordered size 9 which are a good fit.

I really want to love these shoes, but they're not sized properly. I have two pairs, one my actual size (12) and one over-sized (13) and both of them are painful to wear long term. The 12s are way too small and the 13s almost fit, but cause pain after a few hours of use. I am thinking about buying them in size 14 now that they are on sale and selling the others online. I wish these had more accurate sizes.

Been wearing UNEEK for more than 5 years- great to be able to get the great shoe at a reasonable price

I bought the size 7 and I have wide feet. After the initial fit I thought they might be too small, but after a little adjusting and wearing them around a little bit they are very comfortable. I am impressed with the looks as well. Very happy with the purchase.

I love the colors and the style of the sandals but I cannot wear them because they make my feet burn. I guess I am allergic to something. So disappointing particularly since I paid a lot of money for them.

I have 2 other pair of this SAME shoe and this new purchase must be now returned. This is the SECOND to be returned, as I FIRST ordered US10.5, since I wear 10.5 in several other similar Keen shoes. First pair way too small and returned. This second pair is an 11 and still TOO SMALL and must be returned. Customer service has not replied to acknowledge the additional refund of the double shipping charges. Not acceptable.
