I bought these because I wanted comfortable waterproof shoes to wear around Paris. I walked more than 20 miles in them, climbed thousands of stairs, and even sprinted through the Frankfurt airport and they were still comfortable at the end of a long day of sightseeing or traveling. They are definitely waterproof as it was raining our last day in Paris and we walked more than 5 miles in the rain or the puddles that were left behind by the rain. They are not very stylish but comfort and practicality won out!

Although I've been purchasing size 9s, I found that the 8.5 in this shoe fit much better. It is exactly what I've been looking for. Comfortable for walking. Stylish! A good shoe for a rainy day or a sunny day!

I bought these and had to return them only because I could not fit both my generic and custom orthotic inside. Amazingly, they fit the custom ones, but I hardly wear those. If I had liked the look of them better in real life I would given it a go. They look more like a work shoe, less dressy. I will say that they are absolutely impeccably made! I was very impressed. They fit my feet perfectly without the orthotic. I will definitely try another style in this brand. Highly recommend these shoes for someone who has to stand and walk all day at work. They would be great for that and it did seem like the non skid was awesome (if a bit squeaky at first - maybe that would go away).

Excellent shoe! These are super comfortable. When first taking them out of the box, they looked a bit plain. But they are cute & elegant on. I have Ahnu winter boots also, and they are comfortable and stylish. Five stars for this brand, so far!

If you need a comfortable shoe this it the one! Skid resistant also. Very soft leather. Beautiful brown color.

Super comfortable. I need something that slips on and off comfortably at the airport, due to the annoying show-removal mandate. These shoes are comfy, very slightly larger than true-to-size. I am a true 9 and with a light sock these are a tiny bit big but 8.5 would be too small. Very, very pleased, very comfy, good support.

Fairly comfy but somewhat large in sizing. I just didn't care for the look of the shoe when I tried it on. Dumpy looking so I did not keep it.

Great shoe! Really waterproof, holds its shape and is very comfortable.

Super comfy w/o being bulky. On me, it looks best with straight leg jeans. Also looks decent with skinny jeans as long as they come down to the ankle. Good weekend shoe. The non slip sole is a plus since I didn't purchase these for a particular job.

These are great walking/casual shoes. I wear them all day while working in factory and my feet don't hurt. They go well with jeans and khakis.

I bought this shoe for a trip to Scotland and Ireland. Knowing both countries have lots of rain, I wanted a waterproof shoe. Although we didn't have much rain during our trip, this was my go to shoe. We walked over 70 miles, walked different elevations, and walked up and down over 3000 stairs. I never had any problem with this shoe, in fact, I ordered the brown.

Instantly comfortable, I'm taking these as my walking shoes to London. The fact they are waterproof is a huge plus! Why are there so few waterproof shoes for women? These may look a tad dorky, but these are practical and look perfectly fine, just not trendy. I love them for comfort and keeping my feet dry.

I needed to get a comfortable and supportive shoe after my knee surgery for work. These looked perfect and I have another pair of black Ahnus that were amazingly comfortable and great for my knees. That pair was too casual for work. These were supposed to be more "serious" for work but while they are as comfortable and supportive, they didn't have the look of a loafer that I needed for work. They are still amazingly comfortable and supportive so I love them but not quite what I can get away with for work. Perfect for the weekend!

This shoe is a nice, sturdy sneaker alternative without looking sloppy. The contrast between the two textured areas is really interesting, but in a subtle way. The footbed is nice and cushy, so you don't have to worry about standing for long periods or running around, with what I would call moderate arch support. If you have less extreme arches then you might find it as good-to-excellent arch support. I would say that the shoe runs true to size or possibly a little bit on the smaller side--I ordered a 9, and on the one foot that is a true 9 the edge of my toes hit the end of the insole (but NOT enough to hit the actual end of the shoe), and on the one that runs closer to an 8.5 it's a little bit loose, but not enough to make the shoe slip at all. The toebox is nice and roomy, so your toes won't feel squished.

These shoes are so comfortable! I am planning a trip to Europe and bought these to take along. They are perfect. My feet are between medium and narrow width, so some of the Ahnu shoes (which all come in medium) are too wide. These fit perfectly, I think because the top part comes up a little bit higher on my foot than others, such as the Jackie Pro. The length was right on for me. I wear a size 9.

Just received these today! They are so cute with skinny jeans or leggings...and feel wonderful! So glad I made this purchase!

It's taken me a little while to get used to these shoes. I've had to try different socks,and find that thin socks work best, which probably means they are "true to size". I love that they are waterproof and I love the way they look.

These are not as comfortable as my other Ahnu shoes. They are a little tight across the top of my feet. They are also fairly plain looking.

These fit and actually felt pretty comfortable. They were just a little too plain for what I was after. Really only for budget reasons, they were returned.

These look nice on and I was hoping they would be a good casual work shoe at the office. I normally wear a 9 1/2 wide and I ordered a 10 wide in these. they are too snug in the heel sits lower than the front of the shoe - sort of like a Birkenstock sandal.
