I really like these pants. I have tried on many hiking/ travel pants over the last few months searching for the perfect pair. These are the closest I have found. They are lightweight, super comfortable, and quick dry. I love the soft waist band, and the ability to both cinch the cuff and roll up for capris. I think they run smaller than the other hiking pants I have tried. I run between a 4 and a 6 in most brands, and found the 6 in these was snug. I kept them and find the fit flattering and the right size, but definitely run smaller than other brands. I'm 5'3" 128lb, curvy on the bottom. Ordered size 6 30" inseam.

Nice, comfortable pants. The only strange thing is that the waist band has a very tight row of stitching along the top. It doesn't stretch at all like the rest of the waist band so they are hard to get on and off. I thought I got a defective pair so reordered and same thing again. I am keeping them because it's not too big of a deal - it's just a bit strange. Once they are on they are super comfortable and I like the fit. They are flattering and fit true to size. Another reviewer thought that they were short for average legs. I am 5'4" tall and usually wear a 30" inseam and they are perfect on me. So, if you are taller or have longer legs these might not be a good fit for you.

Love the pants, the fabric, the weight, the style, the look. The waist is a bit less elastic than I would like. Everything else is great.

These are definitely the most comfortable pants I've climbed in, however they are not meant for offwidth. After just a few OW pitches, they are starting to fuzz up on the sides. Overall, they are great pants, true to size, and unmatched comfort, I just wish the material was a bit more durable, although that would likely take away from the comfort. They fit well, I really like the elastic drawstring at the bottom as well as the roll up/button function.

These pants are great, they are way too long, and I had to hem them, but I have to do that will all my pants. The waist fits great but I am glad their is a drawstring to help hold them up if I put something bulky in my pocket!

I bought these because I love the Ferrosi Pants and they looked to be similar. Also, drawstring bottoms are key for climbing pants in my opinion. I was disappointed that the size I normally get was a little small, and the pockets ballooned out, because I do have a booty and these pants seem to best fit flat-bootied ladies. I would buy again if they added a bit of booty room, or velcro on the pocket openings, or one size larger if they were still in stock!

These pants are so comfortable for everything - I wear them to work, camping, and on long hiking trips. The pockets are nice and deep, and fit most of what I want to carry comfortably. I'd be deeply in love with these pants except that after a few washes I have found the fabric is pilling and I'm concerned about their durability in the long run.

These were very comfortable, but i felt like they would not travel well. Looked very wrinkly and almost like I needed to iron them, which is not what I want to do for active/hiking pants.

I've had these pants for a few months now and have some mixed feelings about them. First of all, the pants are super comfortable. They are very stretchy and lightweight and feel great on. They are a little short, which isn't a huge deal since I'm wearing them for indoor rock climbing, but they do look a little silly. (I'm 5'6", 140lbs with long, athletic legs, bought a size 6). The big downside to these pants in the fabric. I washed them (according to the instructions on the tag) after wearing them a few times and they pilled like crazy! I'm very disappointed with the low quality of the fabric. I expected them to hold up better, especially since they're practically brand new. I've since worn and washed them a handful more times and the pilling has just gotten worse. That being said, I probably would not buy these again since they are rather expensive to not be a better quality.

I've had these pants for a few months now and have mixed feelings about them. First of all, they are super comfortable and lightweight. I love the elastic band at the top and I love how breathable these pants are. They do feel a little short (5'6", 140 lb, long, athletic legs, bought size 6), but not a huge deal since I'm wearing them indoor rock climbing. The biggest complaint that I have is the poor fabric quality. I wore these pants a few times before washing them, then washed them as instructed on the tag and when they came out of the wash the pants had pilled all over the front. I've since worn and washed them a handful of times and the pilling continues to worsen. I am disappointed at the lack of quality in these pants for the price. Unfortunately I would not recommend these pants and will not buy again if they fabric quality does not improve.

I want to love these pants because I love how they fit... minus the length. I'm 5 9 and bought a size 8. Everything about these pants is amazing except they are about 4 inches too short; I can't wear these pants unless I have on high boots. I made the mistake of throwing the receipt out or I would return these.
I do recommend them if youre short though! :)

Have to agree with the other reviewers here. I've used these for several months. I run and gym climb in these pants, and they are showing major signs of wear. They are really comfortable, but I'm not sure I would buy these again given their durability.

I do like these pants a lot, but I'm super disappointed with how quickly the material began to degrade. I was wearing these in the late Fall for work, and loved how comfortable they are and how quickly they dry. But by October they began to show signs of serious wear. Guess I'm used to things lasting a little longer than 2-3 months. Mind you, I'm still wearing them for the comfort but know they need to be replaced before this field season. Not sure I'd recommend them for heavy use, maybe more around town?

I reviewed these originally back on May 1 and still find them the most comfy pants I have. However, after a few weeks of having them and primarily wearing them around the house as my comfy pants, and once or twice in my kayak, I am less impressed with the durability of the pants. I have not abused them, and I ordered the correct size according to the sizing chart, yet the stitching of the waist band is falling apart. Today I repaired 3 holes where the stitching broke. If these are falling apart after light use, I'd hate to see them if I actually used them as outdoor adventure pants. Disappointed.

The pants were made of very nice material. I was really excited when I opened them. I typically wear a size 8 and all fit true to size; except that the inseam was a tad short. Will have to return.

I own 6 pairs of the Outdoor Research Zendo pants. When I first started buying them, they were amazing! In the last year, I've had to discontinue buying them because they are stitching the elastic band at the top and the stretch is no longer able to go past my hips. I can still wear all my old size 4s, but I can't get a new pair of 6 to go over my hips. The obvious thing is that I've gained weight, which isn't the case. I can wear all my old ones. I even tried an 8, but the manufacturer is making the elastic band differently now and I couldn't make them work. I've switched brands. So sad. They were truly a remarkable pant. If you buy a pair and they happen to fit, you'll love them. Good luck though.
