Like the other reviewers I really wanted to like this jacket. The style is super cute. I did not find it "bunchy" like someone else mentioned. I did find that I had to size up because this is just a rainshell and I wanted to wear it over a jacket for wet cooler weather. Without any layers it would have been good. It is exceedingly narrow through the armpits. Maybe that's what the other reviewer meant by "bunchy." It felt like all my clothing was lumped together in my armpit and I couldn't move.
I'd also recommend:

I love this jacket so far. I ordered it along with 2 other long black rain jackets and this one was the winner. I live in Alaska and it rains all the time so I wanted a quality rain jacket that was also stylish. For me, the fit of this was so much better than any others I tried. I have lots of rain jackets and this is becoming my favorite. I love the cinch around the waist. It's very flattering!

This jacket is super nice and stylish. It can be dressy wgile remaining functional as a rain jacket. I am bigger in the chest so I had to size up. I recommend sizing up if you plan to wear anything under it for layering.

This is a great rain jacket! It's sleek enough to be work appropriate, and certainly keeps you dry! The joy of a longer rain coat is that the water runs to the ground, instead of onto your legs. I thought the jacket ran big, so went down to an XS, but now wish I stuck with the small so I could layer more comfortably on a cold rainy day.

I'm 5'8' and 130 lbs and I ended up getting the medium. The small fit better in the front but gathered around the shoulders in the back, so it looked too tight. I'm happy with the medium - little bit of room in it and still looks stylish. this is a great day to night jacket.

I was looking for a rain jacket that I could wear to work as well as walk the dogs or go on a day hike and the Envy Jacket fits the bill. The belted cuffs and waist along with the textured coloring of the jacket make it stand out from a typical shell. I am 5'4 and the jacket fit perfectly in the arms and hit above the knee. I received several compliments when I wore it to work. Nice job OR!

This stylish jacket can be worn to work and it's practical enough to hit the trails for a day hike on a rainy day. The belted cuffs and waist add flair to this jacket. I'm 5'4" and the jackets hits above the knee and sleeve length is perfect. I received several compliments when I wore it to work. Nice Job OR!

I have the OR Aspire jacket for when I bike to work, hike or play outside but this one is perfect when i have to be a little more dressy occasionally. Longer, stylish, yet the same great quality, I usually wear a small but after reading reviews I decided to get a medium so I could have a couple of layers,

In terms of style, this fits well, is slimming, great length, love the removable hood. The only thing I didn't are for was the lining: It feels like the inside of a functional piece of rain gear. Wearing this on a rainy day would be great; wearing it on a day when it wasn't raining, the lining would feel too stiff. The whole coat is a bit stiff and crinkly overall. (Compare to The North Face Tomales Bay, which is less stylish, though OK, but has a smooth polyester lining which feels OK on a non-rainy day and which is softer overall.). I wanted a jacket for travel, and since I'd be hoping for many non-rainy days, I decided to go with something that feels more comfy.

Really flattering and comfortable jacket! I bought it for my recent trip to Iceland so I would have something tough and waterproof, but also stylish. It kept me dry the whole trip, and has a great hood and pockets. I would recommend sizing up if you want to wear layers underneath-- I usually wear a M/L in most jackets, but in this one I went with an XL so that I could fit a sweater or puffy underneath.

Great color, design and length is longish . Belt is way, way too long for this coat which is slim fit. I am 120lbs and 5'5" and the small was too small to wear anything but a t-shirt under. I returned.

I LOVE Outdoor Research coats and have worn them for years. I was looking for a slightly longer coat to wear with dresses when traveling. This coat is very stylish but fits tightly across the hips. Sadly I had to return it. It looked fabulous on a thinner friend of mine. Bummer!

I love Outdoor Research. Their products are without comparison, but the fit of this one was disappointing. I am very petite and wanted a raincoat for travel that I could wear with a dress or skirt, not just a jacket which I already have. I ordered the OR Envy in pewter coat in XS and S. The small fit well in the shoulders and arms yet the arms were a bit long which is not unusual. The style is fabulous and I soooo wanted to love this coat, but the lower part of the coat was much tighter than I would ever expect. Also the belt was unusually long. I tried so hard to keep this but felt I would be aggravated each time I had to pull the jacket down. If you have no hips it will fit nicely, but that is not me. Hopefully I can find another OR raincoat..... I will keep looking.

I bought the purple color, and it's a gorgeous coat. I love how big the hood is...finally one actually fits and that you don't have to hold to keep on! The coat definitely runs snug. I'm 5'6" / 140lbs and flat chested, and bought a medium, and it's snug. I can fit a light longsleeve, but there's not room for much else. The bottom of the zipper has a tendency to snag as well.

You'll have to go up a size in this jacket because it's super tight fitting across the chest and under the arms. Unfortunately for me that meant it was big everywhere else. I'm 5' 5" (barely) and normally a medium. I love the styling and waterproofness of the jacket and the length is fantastic for keeping my legs and bottom dry! I would have given it 5 stars if the fit was better.

I'm torn about this jacket. I'm 5'0" 108 lbs- normally wear XS or 0 in most brands. Without any layers- the jacket fits perfectly, hits in all the right places- cute waist belt that cinches well, a bit long on the arms- but hey almost every brand is so I'm not really dinging them for that. However, if I put on any kind of layering- or happen to wear a chunky sweater- I end up look like a stuffed marshmallow. Still fits technically, but I just look bunchy and odd. I think this would be great if I lived somewhere that stays fairly temperate and wouldn't really have the need to layer. The search for a fashionable yet practical rain coat continues.

This jacket looks so cute in the picture, but the fit is weird. It's very tailored in the waist and hips. Also, there's no soft lining so it feels like rubber against your skin. I wanted to love it, but sadly it's going back.

Loved this coat, except for the belt! The belt is awkwardly long and the buckle is really narrow, making it seem like a hassle every time you put it on. Can't wear without the belt because the belt loops are very prominent. Unfortunate, because the rest of the coat is flattering (cut is nice, fabric is stylish, color is interesting but still neutral). Disappointed!
