My son didn't even try these on because they moment I took them out of the box, it felt like I was holding a brick! There is no way these boots weigh 10oz as stated on the Zappos web site. More like 2 lbs! Unfortunately, I am returning these because my son would get tired very fast lugging these around in the snow on his feet.

Not as advertised: This shoe was purchased for a 9 year old boy to wear on outings only, This was not worn everyday. First, it never proved water proof as advertised. Next, the toe guard completely failed and ripped through to the inside. And third, The inside also wore exceedingly fast. We had these shoes for 6 months. Definitely not worth the money. My son's fabric converse lasted longer and they received everyday wear.
