Beautiful rich brown leather in these elegant closed-toe sandals (which aren't easy to find). A refined version of fisherman's sandals. The foot bed, like all Naots, is incredible--soft, sculpted to the foot, and supportive. While it nicely accommodated my wider toebox, I did feel a little slipping at the heel, but that's on me and my skinny heels. Ultimately, I returned them because of the price, keeping a less expensive, though still comfortable (not as comfortable as Naot, but fine) pair of similar sandals by another maker (Earth).

I love my new Arataki shoes. I got them in sea green and I’m pleased with the color...neutral enough to go with my clothes, yet a bit different from my standard black, brown, and pewter. I did find that my usual size 39 felt a tiny bit short. I ordered a 40 and the fit is perfect. These shoes will go through the fall with me here in South Carolina. The covered toe and open heel will be perfect for the warm fall days here. I’m a fan of Naot for comfort and these shoes did not disappoint.

I received my new Arataki sandals in Arizona Tan, via Zappos prompt overnight shipping. This my third pair of Naot shoes within the past year and, once again I am throughly delighted with these shoes, which require no "breaking in" time. I travel quite a bit which requires a lot of walking and it's so nice to wear such comfortable shoes, forgetting about any rubs or blusters on my feet. Zappos has such excellent customer service, that it would take effort to end the call without a smile or chuckle for the day! Zappos you are terrific!

Love Naot if they fit! I have narrow skinny feet and they flop around in the front which is too loose for me. The strap doesn't help support, it doesn't feel anchored enough somehow to stabilize. Beautiful shoe otherwise. I wear a 10.5 in athletic shoes, I tried a 41 and 42, both too loose in the front, an actual big gap on top of my foot. 41s would be the ones I think if it weren't for the loose sleeve. Nice leather. I love how Naots feel and fit, but I didn’t like this style. Seemed kind of old-lady-ish, and even though I’m 70, I like to look fashionable. I returned these

This is my second pair of arataki. First pair is ink and this time rumba. They are comfortable and stylish. Generate lots of compliments.

These were comfortable right out of the box. I have planar fasciitis and work on my feet most of the day, so I was looking for something as comfortable as Birkenstock but with a little more style. These are also super cute. I love the shimmery leather. My feet are a true 38 Medium and these fit perfectly. They aren't as supportive as Birkenstock, but are very comfortable and more flexible. My only complaint is after a few wears the cork is squeaking when I walk. This is annoying for such an expensive pair of shoes, but overall I am happy with this purchase.

If you wear size 11, buy size 12. The are very small. Otherwise, I love color and style. I wish there is a size 13.

The suede was supple, compared to the stiff leather in a caramel pair. I often wear a 39 but these fit well. However, the back strap of the right shoe, which is not adjustable, was stretched out and slipped down off the position on my heel. It looked stretched out and seemed to measure close to a quarter inch longer than the left shoe. So I am returning them. I haven’t decided whether to order another pair. Shoe shopping, even with Zappos, is exhausting.

Loved the shoe but it is too wide. Past Naots have fit better on my narrow feet, and it may just be the style.

Such a disappointment, absolutely no arch support. I have another pair of Naot shoes that have amazing arch support, so I thought that's what this whole brand was about, but clearly not. They are cute and I was excited to have summer shoes for work with closed toes, so I'm very sad that they won't work for my difficult feet. I ordered the size Zappos recommended, which was a full size above my regular size.

I had purchased a pair of Arataki just like these that I just purchased and have been wearing them for a couple of years. I love them!! I was excited to get my new ones so you can imagine my disappointment when I wore them and they squeaked? Thinking that maybe if I wore them for awhile they would quit speaking, I wore them for a day. Nope. Still squeaking by the end of the day. I'm so sad. I will be returning them for a refund. Is it possible to get a pair that doesn't squeak? I really do like my Naot's.

Comfortable out of the box. Styling is slightly different than previous years, comes up higher on the foot, but is not a problem.

I have this shoe in multiple colors. I actually wore THIS shoe all over on a trip to Egypt this past September...the holes helped with keeping my foot cool and the closed toe kept my foot secure and safe. Plus, they are cute and look good with dresses, pants, and shorts.

This is my favorite shoe, hands down. Naot has fabulous shoes, but this one is walkable right out of the box and can be worn in many seasons - pretty much everything but winter. The cut outs and open back make it even nice in the summer.

I'm enjoying wearing these comfortable shoes. I usually wear a 10N, so a 41 in European sizes, but after reading the reviews I ordered the 42 and it works well. The velcro straps allow me to adjust the shoe to my narrow foot.

The Naot Arataki shoes are great. Sadly I have very particular feet so not all shoes works for me. These are great!

I just walked ALL over Spain and Portugal in these shoes. Never hurting feet, never a blister. I was really pleased with them.

This is my second pair in this style. I also have a navy pair that are probably 4 or 5 years old. The new pair was comfortable all day the first day just like the other pair. The color is as pictured. I love NAOT brand.

Wore these on a recent trip and they were SO comfortable right out of the box! I have bunions and my feet feel perpetually sore but these shoes made my feet feel happy!
