Because of a problem with my toe, there are very few shoes that I can wear. I have worn Naot Papaki for many years and hoped to for many more years; however, the black pair that I ordered is VERY NARROW on the right shoe. I cannot wear them. I am going to return this pair and order another pair and hope to get ones that are sized properly. I ordered another color of these shoes and they fit fine so I hope it was just a production error on the black ones.

Super cute -- LOVE the patent leather contrasting strap across the front! -- but unfortunately too short in the footbed. Another size up would have been too long, though. The hunt for the perfect (i.e., comfortable AND cute) black sandal continues!

The fit and size are accurate. For an orthopedic shoe (one that I can put a metal plate in), it is comfortable and looks okay. Although I would rather have something a little more stylish, for having to wear a special shoe, I'm grateful they were available in navy. I have already bought two black pairs!

I loved the look and feel of these sandals and they have wonderful arch support. However, I am a true 10B, which is a 41 in these, and my toes were right at the edge so unfortunately I had to return them.

I love these shoes for their classic style. I think they run a bit large. I wear a 9.5 usually so ordered the 41 (10) and they are a little too long, but I kept them because I wanted something for an upcoming weekend and it wasn't completely objectionable. They are pretty comfortable, but I have plantar fasciitis so almost nothing is comfortable for any length of time. These are better than most wearing them "as is" without using a custom insole. It's a beautiful shoe and can be dressy without wearing heels. I got the black velvet nubuck/cinnamon leather.

Beautiful shoe and I would love to keep it, but the front toe strap hits just in front of my little toe bunion and rubs, so this super cute shoe is going back! Thank you, Zappos, for your great return policy!

Beautiful shoe but the velcro ruined it. In order to fasten so that the scratchy part doesn't directly rub on my skin, the strap has to go very far over and then sticks out quite a bit. I have a narrow, low volume foot. Can't imagine how this would work for just about anyone.

I usually order a size 9 for my 8.5 size foot, since my foot is a bit wide. This sandal is a bit too snug over the front of my foot, so I had to return the shoes.

The shoes SQUEAKED when I walked, straight out of the box, wrapped so I don't think they had been previously trialed. I've had multiple NAOT shoes as they are one of the most comfortable brands on the market. This pair was also not as attractive on my foot as on screen.

Loved this style shoe but after trying two different sizes could not get it to work. So sad I had to return.

Loved the look of this shoe but fit was way off. Tried two different sizing but it did not work out. My regular size was very narrow and bothered my bunion. So unhappy!!

painfully narrow!

This sandle - sooo cute. If you have a wide or full fit, you are not even going to be able to stuff it into the front part of the sandal which is not adjustable! Which is a REAL shame because the closure is great, not too close to your ankle so it doesn't look like it's cutting off your full foot from your ankle. Boohoo I have not been able to find 1 pair of sandals this year. Thanks to Zappos for shipping all of these sandals back and forth...

Very narrow and short. I have this shoe in the same size and it fits perfectly. . .like it so well I wanted to duplicate it. Very disappointing. . .I will try a larger size. I expect more from NAOT.

This was way too long to be a size 4 as advertised. Love the shoe and am so sad it did not fit.

I have worn Naot Papaki for several years. The original shoe was 5 stars all the way. This shoe has a hard ridge at the end of the toe that my toes rub against. The original Papaki does not have this ridge. I can wear this shoe only when I don't have to walk very far. I do like the color.

Bought my usual 42 and was surprised to find the front band of the shoe tight on my narrow feet. I run between M and N in width, so this is more a N than an M. Also felt like my arch was a little high for the band that fastens to hold the shoe on. Length was excellent.

Wow, I have other shoes made on the Koru footbed, but this sandal was quite narrow. I did not dare try to force my smaller foot into the sandal. The band over the forefoot is not roomy, and is not adjustable. Likely these sandals will fit narrow to medium width feet - I don't think that they are truly "medium" width. Attractive style, for those on the narrower range.

I liked the shoe but not enough to keep it and the size, 40, was too small for my 9.5 foot.

Nice sandals, but the dye comes off (got in black color) and my feet are colored black after wearing these shoes. Not sure how toxic the dye is because it definitely gets absorbed into bloodstream. They also squick every time I bend my feet while walking - very annoying. And I got blisters because it's not butter soft leather, but quite rough low quality one. Very dissapointed since I've owned a pair of Naot sandals before and the quality was superb.

Cute shoe, but not for my foot. In contrast to my Naot sandals, this shoe had no arch support. Also, the ankle strap was cut a little too high for my comfort.
