I think with regular wear this will help with stretching my plantar fascia and also my Achilles’ tendon. The Velcro band at the top of the sock is abrasive if not adjusted carefully. The sock is one length fits all and probably it would fit better if I had larger feet and longer legs. As it is, the Velcro hits me behind the leg and isn’t very comfortable. Of course the point of this isn’t really comfort so I’ll soldier on.

I know these are not supposed to be comfortable so they really live up to that. I haven't managed to wear them too much b/c of that so I'm not sure they are really helpful or not. You probably need to wear them longer for any lasting impact.

Work as advertised but one of the two I bought came to me used which is pretty disgusting. Followed washing instructions and looks like it'll be ok, so just a heads up to others.
Comfort of 4 stars because by definition this kind of device isn't supposed to be comfortable due to stretching. That being said, it's easy to control the stretch and all seems fine.

Strange sock seems to help stretch the plantar fashiia some but I have only been using it a short time. I am ready to try anything so am staying optimistic. I also wear the ankle sleeve I got from Zappos, very comfortable.
