Why has no one commented that the bottoms of these are purple and not white?? I bought two pairs and both arrived the same. The bottoms of these are a light purple color. DO NOT PURCHASE if you want white tennis shoes

Not a true wide; arch support minor. I am a New Balance buyer for years now; this product is of inferior quality.

These are the worst and most expensive shoes I have ever bought. They are very painful to wear. The tops of my feet are in agony. The tongue is not made properly. The shoe is not flexible and made of hard materials. The shoes are also ugly looking. I agree with another reviewer, that it makes your feet look like duck feet. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This shoe is the worst shoe from New Balance I have ever bought, The shoe fits terrible, The tongue is way too long, & Does not have that many holes for the laces, Causing top of shoe to gather in spots, & Won't lay right, I bought this one because every time I tried to order the 928v3, And about a week later I would get email saying they were out of stock, I tried 4 times & Every time I placed a order they were in stock, I called the New Balance store by me & They just happened to have the 928v3 in my size & Width, So I returned this shoe to the store & Got the one I needed

I have a problem with this shoe I need a 1/2 inch lift in my full length of the shoe my shoe maker will not do it because of the item in my shoe he will not cut it to put in the lift all my other shoe never had this thing in the heel of the shoe

you should have received these shoes back by now. I did not like the way they fight

I ordered these in a size 8. I have had shoe stores measure my feet,, and there is more than one size difference between my right foot and my left. These shoes were too small even on the smaller foot. I am very disappointed.

I was advised that this shoe is an SL 2 fit when my other shoe style was unavailable in my size. There is no way that this is an SL2. Very painful across the arch. There is no way this can substitute for Women's 840v2.

I have been purchasing and wearing your walking shoes for a number of years and loved them! When I would slip my feet into the shoes they were so so soft and so comfortable. These new shoes I cannot wear. They are very hard on the bottom of my feet. I have developed an inflammation on the bottom of my left foot. When I slip my feet into my old pair I feel the difference immediately.

These were for my wife who has Overpronation. We are both seniors and my wife recently developed overpronation but these shoes are highly uncomfortable and nothing like the website describes. Even though we've already spent our money, my wife will not be able to wear them. I guess it's our loss, too bad for we the trusting consumer.

I tried to revise this order 10 MINUTES after I placed the order, and was denied a change. I had to wait until I received the shoes, print a return label, and send them back. To get the correct size sent to me, the shoes went way up in price. NOT HAPPY that I could not simply exchange the shoes at the price I ordered them at!!! I AM STILL WAITING ON A CREDIT!!!

I have 5 pairs of 813's (various ages and colors). The last 2 pairs I've tried do not have the same fit/size. Too big and I have sent back. I've asked New Balance about sizing but get no response. Been a good customer for probably 20 years and would appreciate an answer.

I returned the shoes because of very stiff, uncomfortable soles. I did not get my money back.

I don't like them. To rounded at toe. What I really wanted was 608 but you no longer make them. Why?
