It is hard for me to get the right tightness from the laces and tongue position.

I've been wearing this model for a year now, and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I like not having to refine them every 20 min or so as well. My complaints: the fabric edging around the heel wears away long before the shoe. I'd love to see this model with leather there. Also I'd like to see a brown offering in this model.

I have difficulty finding sneakers for my feet that are affected by osteoarthritis - these come close to perfect but no cigar! However, they are better than other brands that pretend to be perfect for comfort not to mention very expensive.

Very pleased with my new sneakers. I'm an elerdly lady that walks my dog twice a day & need good support.

I ordered these in a size 9 (I take either 8.5 or 9 depending on shoe). My last 2 New Balance shoes required me to size up. The 9s were too big, so I exchanged them for 8.5 4e. They are definitely wide enough. I wish they had a bit more cushion, and it seems like the arch support is a little off.

I use to wear 10 and a half wide and those shoes were tight but the white ones were just right so this time I ordered black 11 wide. Not much bigger. white okay.

I enjoy wearing the New Balance 813. I find it to be comfortable and supportive. My only concern with the shoe is when I use pressure relief inserts, the shoe barely laces closed.

I have terrible feet, a very high arch, wide foot and tendonitis. These shoes were very comfortable until the foot lining wore out. I could not find an insert that would work. I have to wear a shoe lift inside my right shoe. Once the insert wore out (long before the shoe wore out), the shoe became very uncomfortable. I could not find an appropriate replacement that would hide the discomfort of the lift outline. I have always been happy with NB shoes except when I go to the NB store, they never have my size.

It appears as though one must truly read the reviews with any of the NEW styles from New Balance. I had ordered the 847v2 and found them to run smaller than the true size -- didn't read the reviews (my fault) until after the fact and found several others mentioned this problem. I returned the 847v2 and ordered my old standbys -- the NB813, which do run true to size. Sometimes a cute style isn't worth the discomfort, which is very frustrating. Why can't the cute new styles be made true to size?

I always wonder why the model changes or disappears. The 811 was perfect; 813 has a shallow toe box and the last is not as wide as 811.

My hook and loop shoes are very comfortable. Since I have trouble with my feet swelling they are almost perfect. The only problem I encountered was that the tongue of one of my shoes always seems lower than the other or tends to slip down under the strap.

I usually take 9.5AA. I have narrow heels, and my big toes stick up a bit so I need a high toe box. The shoes were short, and I had to try a 10AA. Length seemed all right at this size, but the toe box is not as high as some. Going with a different style.

good looking sneakers. seem to fit well. hard for me to find size 12's.

This 4x shoe is not any wider than several 1x i already have. I have trouble with little toe rubbing on the side. On the other hand, it's well made and otherwise comfortable.
