I use this shoe for everyday running around, errands, chores, etc. I have an 813 that I purchased 3 years ago that has been great. However, I did find this most recent purchase to run a bit bigger. I had the same thing happen with the 928 which I bought 3 years ago and loved. So I bought another pair and had to return them because they were way too big. I have always relied on New Balance to give me the fit and comfort one looks for in a sneaker.. Please tell me you can correct this sizing issue.

Use this shoe daily. Needed extra wide (8EE) and this is perfect. Must have hook & loop. This shoe has great quality of materials & fits my needs perfectly. Extra wide is a rare find in women's shoes.

It was SO nice to receive my order for my new walking shoes from New Balance in a timely fashion. They are very comfortable and appropriately sized for narrow feet!

The New Balance model I ordered is used for work. I first bought a black pair and when moved to a different location I found I needed a white pair. Did not hesitate to purchase New Balance again.

This is a good walking shoe. Your feet stay dry when it is wet out. The Velcro closures make for easy on and off and let you tighten or loosen the shoe as necessary.

Received the order on as promised. Shoes are just exactly what I was looking for and the fit was great.

Got this shoes for work, I'm a letter carrier loved them! Only thing I don't like is the shoe laces keep coming undone.

With a 4EEEE wide foot, New Balance always has a shoe that fits my wide foot. New Balance shoes wear for miles and miles of walking. Easy to clean, great shoelaces that launder beautifully. I always a couple of new New Balance in my closet for future wearing. Years ago, before I found New Balance 4EEEE shoes, I had painful corns on my toes. No more, New Balance 4EEEE are wide enough to provide comfortable wear and no more corns, for years.

I put them on every day. They are comfortable and do not catch on the rug or floor. Look rather wide but that's okay.

This is my second pair of the New Balance 813. I have wide feet and the larger rounded toe box is perfect. No break-in period was necessary. I walk daily on pavement and find them comfortable regardless of the miles walked. I plan to purchase a back up pair for the future.

I have worn New Balance sneakers for years. Now that I'm older I prefer the 'hook and loop'. They are easy to put on and take off and fit perfectly.

In order to write a review, I must set up an account, which I tried several times to do, but was unsuccessful. I wanted the benefits that would come with my having an account. However, the person that helped me with my order was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the correct width of my shoes. The size, fit and comfort of my new shoes is perfect. I wanted the account so I could get free shipping with future orders, but it is not to be since the secret society of an account is closed to me.

So far the sneakers have been fine. I ordered an 8 1/2 narrow in white, my usual size for sneakers, and they fit perfectly. As a retired person, I wear them everyday!

I have been wearing the Women's 813 shoe for many years, after wearing the shoe that preceded this shoe style. As a foot patient for a number of years New Balance has helped keep me balanced on happy feet. Thank you!

I have worn New Balance shoes since I can't remember when! When I worked, the shoes were so comfy after 8-9 hours mostly on my feet, I felt great. Can't say enough about the roll bar support for my rolling out feet (supine). I am now retired and in the "high 60's" so this is still my favorite shoe. Very straightforward in design and build. Got my husband on the black Velcro ties and he's hooked too!

They were a gift for my mom and she loves them! She was looking for a comfortable walking day to day shoe that wouldn't hurt after a few days of wearing and these were it.

I have to have extra extra wide and this shoe pretty much fits the bill. Comfortable from the get go.

I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet for 13 hours a day at work. I wear a 6.5 XXWide and they're perfect. Hard to find shoes that don't squish my toes and cause pain. These are so supportive and plenty of toe room.
