Built for comfort, not for speed. Ordered "Wide" to accommodate wide forefoot, yet with a narrow heel - fit was great. Superior comfort for walking on hard surfaces.

If Frankenstein's monster wore walking shoes they'd probably look like these New Balance shoes. Stylish they ain't. But the box is tall and wide allowing me to put in my custom orthotics. If you don't mind slightly clumpy looking shoes and need roomy shoes to handle a tall arch, these fit the bill.

I received my New Balance MW813 last week. They arrived very quickly. I have trouble finding shoes in an extra wide size. I have 75 year old feet. These shoes fit perfectly. I just ordered another pair. I'm very happy with Zappos warp speed shipping. If I live long enough to need anymore shoes, Zappos is where I will order them.

I bought this shoes for my brother overseas. He loves them and find them very comfortable since he does a lot of walking. He is very pleased since he has a hard time finding shoes where he lives. Thank you.

I have a few difficulties when it comes to my gait and balance while walking as well as chronic leg pain. I have a job where am on my feet walking around for the majority of the work day. These shoes have helped me with all of these problems. I don't stumble as often and the pain in my legs has been reduced by at least 50%. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Looked at web site and was in awe when I saw the huge selection of shoes. I was impressed by the fact that returns were free so I could order in confidence. I placed the order about 1100pm, and 36 hours later UPS delivered them. As I got older my shoe size has changed and I will be ordering more shoes.

Needing a new wide shoe, I chose this and Zappos had it in stock. The fit was great, most comfort in a year or so. I will buy there again.

Recently purchased these for my husband. We always buy New Balance. Its the only shoe he will wear. They are very comfortable and there is no break in time needed. Love that they come in wide sizes. They last a long time. A quality walking sneaker! And love to buy from Zappos. Large selection and great customer service and returns policy.

First of all I want to thank customer service rep, Steve, for his help with my order. The shoes are very good and even a little wider than I thought. I always order my shoes from Zappos because you have the wide width I need. I wear them every day and find them very comfortable. I recommend them.

This is about the 4th or 5th pair of shoes I have ordered from Zappos.com. Every order was delivered on time and was what I ordered. Since I started ordering shoes from Zappos I am not interested in going to a shoe store. Your service is the best ever.

Great shoe so far. Have been wearing it for about a month. Gives good support but very comfortable. I was looking for a comfortable shoe that would look got with business casual clothes and this fits the bill. Will see how they last but I wear a lot of New Balance shoes and they last well for me and I am hard on shoes.

These shoes are very roomy width wise but a bit short length wise. I would say the length was more a 9 1/2 than a 10. The width was perfect. I tried two other styles of shoes that were not wide enough. Then I talked to a sales rep and she turned me onto these shoes. They are perfect. These shoes are very nice looking. I bought some Reeboks while in England years ago and these shoes remind me of them. These shoes can be worn for leisure or for work. I will buy this brand again!

I bought the shoes for my husband. They fit from the first moment. I think he could have fit into a size smaller. Other then that they were very comfortable.

Shopping with Zappos has the same or even better experience than shopping at the mall close by. The ease of returns and the variety to choose tips the scales in favor of Zappos. I feel more comfortable trying out my shoes in the luxury of my living room. And finally the shoe, it fits great and support my flat foot. Standing all day and not feeling tiresome.

The 813 appears to be a less expensive 812. Thanks for the great deal NB. This shoe was made in Indonesia. Could that result in a price below the USA made 812.
