I have a very hard to find size and width and then I was told about Zappos and we found the item and the width with ease and excellent delivery.
We now will deal with Zappos for ease of ordering and overall satisfaction

Bought these for our son who works in a grocery store. The narrow 13 fit him great and work well with his orthotics. He likes them very much and his feet do not get tired with these shoes.

My wife bought 813s for me for Christmas. I've had multiple hip and knee replacements, and suffered from chronic backache when standing or walking. I put these shoes on, and my back problem disappeared! Not sure if it's the roll bar, or what, but please don't change this design! Will definitely buy more!

I had the same shoes before and they provided the foot support I needed. I have a narrow foot and it has been difficult to find shoes in my size (13N) but this show has worked in the past and has come through once again.

I have been buying new balance shoes for a number of years. I was truly dismayed when the 928 was discontinued. However, the 813 fits the bill! A wide toe box keeps my feet comfy!
