Casual. I can't get out like I used to due to a spine injury. These provide good stability for me, as my legs don't work right now. Very comfortable!

These are comfortable.

Great shoes. I purchased them at a discounted price since they were a last season style. They offer plenty of support throughout my day and I do a lot of walking. I like to feel my feet will be protected from whatever I might run into and in my opinion they offer that.

Great shoe first timer here. Fits well I have wide foot. Has a solid heel support. Grip sole great the traction is ment for outdoor use obviously. Considering buying second pair.

Love these while hiking, but I also wear anywhere/anytime it's wet. I'm on my third pair!

Use it as an everyday shor

I've used these to hike the sandstone routes in Torrey Pines, and the rocks and boulders in Acadia National Park - love them.

They run 0.5 size larger in my opinion. Size down 0.5, and they'll fit TTS.

I used same shoes in Sankt Petersburg and Moscow . Now I am in Virginia, these shoes like Land cruiser:) , use it for city use it for outdoor.

Greater if you are walking everyday, or on light hikes < 2.5 miles.

I fell in love with those shoes. The only pair you need for travel. Hiking with shorts or going to eat in jeans, the shoes look and function amazingly!

Got these for hiking expeditions and camping. So far they are great with very little break in pains. Got to use them first in snow and ice during the great texas freeze of 21 worked great.

I love these shoes. They keep my feet dry at work and keep me from sliding I to the water when I am bank fishing.

All of the northface shoes I've tried since these are cheap and since they went away from Goretex, they aren't even waterproof anymore. Future light = garbage

Everyday

I walk three miles per day, every day, and hike a few times per month (not in winter). These shoes are A plus. They don't hurt my arches. They wear very well. They are comfortable on both the trail and hard surfaces. My only fear is that North Face will discontinue making them; therefore i bought three pair on sale.

This is my first pair of hiking shoes, and I am very pleased with this purchase. The shoes provide great traction on slippery hiking trails and provide the comfortability to hike 8+ miles. So far, these shoes have been very durable. I consistently read other reviews saying that the shoelaces were faulty and not durable. Although the shoelaces have not broken on me (fingers crossed!) they do feel a little less durable compared to the entire shoe.

Perfect shoes for "jean" day at work or on the trail. They look great and the added feature of gore-tex keeps your feet dry on wet days. This is the second pair I have owned of this style and they fit and feel exactly the same. Just shows you that companies who produce quality products do not change what works and the items remain the same year after year. North Face Rocks!

Solid shoe with good arch support. They feel durable and should last a couple of years.

This is a great shoe. The look is great and the fit is spot on. I am a 9 and the 9 fits perfectly. True to size. The insole cradles my foot perfectly making it very comfortable. The bottom sole does act like a mild cleat, so its great on dirt and grass. On hard rocky terrain, it does ride slightly high but that's to be expected with any kind of sole that digs in. Overall very happy with the purchase.
