This bag has held up SO well!!! I've been using it very day for over 2 years and it's still in good condition... It may be "old", but I'm not embarrassed to carry it because it doesn't look "old"... The leather is in great shape and I've nearly abused this bag... The pockets are perfect... A nice about, but not too bulky. I also LOVE that coach didn't make thousands of this style... as I think I've only seen one other person with my bag in the last 3 years. I hope all coach bags are this good! I've bought other designer bags at similar price points, and after about a year they've all started to fall apart and/or look old... Then I become embarrassed about my bag and search for a new one. With this coach bag, I can take my time to find a replacement, but I can seriously probably can get another good year out of it!

Leather appears to be great quality (thick, durable, soft)... I expect it to hold up well over time. I like the cross body option. Had to exchange the first one because the strap loop didn't say in place. The new one still isn't as snug as it should be, but overall this is still a great item! I gave it a 4 for comfort because it's a bit high underarm when not using crossbody... it's a little harder than my last bag to throw my wallet or key in while on my shoulder. But, part of that is just the style...

Super bag for the summer! Love both straps. The more I use the bag the softer it becomes. The green is wonderful for the summer. You can't go wrong with this bag.

Love this bag. Not sure what the strap issues are for some. For me the straps are great. Crossbody strap is adjustable and "short" strap is just the right length. Love the apricot color and the front pockets. They are nice and deep and secure with the zippers. Love Zappos also - great service and policies. Thanks for everything.

LOVE this bag. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about-- both the long and short strap work depending on your preference. I bought this to go with a light leather blue jacket from WHBM and it match perfectly. This isnt a purse to be overstuffed -- when packed correctly, it lays really nice and is really sharp. Received multiple compliments.

I like the pebbled leather it's a nice quality. Unfortunately, that's about all I like about this bag. The style just isn't practical. The detachable shoulder strap is so thin it doesn't even seem to go with the bag. The short handle, which is made well, is too short to matter.

Color is Bright Orange, not Light Coral - not soft leather, it's stiff and rigid. Shoulder strap is way too short. Not worth the price tag or description.
