These shoes are very comfortable and good for walking. I live in the city and walk miles. So far so good.

These are the best made most comfortable shoes. I loved them so much I got a second pair. I like sandals with good support and these are very cushioned and supportive. Good quality as well. The style is good but the black braided leather was not evenly dyed black probably due to the braiding. Not a problem with the tan color.

I love the look, but I can't hold them on my feet. I need to return them and order a shoe that has a narrower size

I really like the classic lines of this sandal and the fact that it is more comfortable than it looks (stealth comfort!). I read in other reviews that it runs wide, so I was hoping a narrow would fit me. But it doesn't fit me, so I am expectantly waiting for an email that the medium width comes back into stock in my size and that the medium width fits me. My search for a classic, comfortable sandal goes on ...

I’m a big Soft Walk fan ! Originally I ordered the braided version of the sandal. I loved that look! However, as much as I wanted it to be perfect, I found the feel of the braiding uncomfortable. I returned them and ordered the plain leather , instead. Perfect!

Perfect fit with the narrow width for me. Comfortable and casual.

I'm floating on air with these. I had ankle and foot surgery which has left my right foot and ankle larger than my left, plus it is still swollen. I've tried at least ten pairs of sandals and boots trying to find something that will fit properly and rescue me from never wearing anything except sneakers. Hurrah! These work! One small comfort quibble: the place where the elastic meets the leather of the top strap is raised and rubs against the skin on both the left and right shoe. I'm going to take a small piece of moleskin and try to fix this, Otherwise - fantastic. Thank you, Zappos. I would never have found these or anything else without your services and policies.

Love these shoes! I have such a tough time finding dressy shoes as I have size 12 feet and they are wide. These were perfect for the weddings I went to this summer as well as job interviews!

Loved this shoe but found it to be extremely wide. I ordered and usually wear a 12 WW and this was too loose. I was afraid the wide would not be wide enough.

I ordered these in my regular size 10 extra wide. When I got them, they were loose enough on my high instep that my foot slid all the way forward, not something that usually happens with sandals, and they felt too long and loose--I regretted not following the advice of the reviewer who said to order a size down. I have a pair of ballet flats by the same manufacturer that are just loose enough they want to slip off my feet, so I should have known what to expect. I was about to send these back when my daughter, who wears a size 11, saw them, tried them on, and asked to keep them. So I have re-ordered mine in a smaller size and I will see if that works.

I ordered this shoe in a medium because previous reviews stated it ran wide. One shoe fit perfectly and the other was too tight! Unlike other reviewers, I did not find this shoe to fit my bunions. The sole was very comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Fits great - had to return for next size up - so comfortable, great material!!!
