I am so disappointed! These are really sharp looking shoes and even the narrow is too wide for my foot. I need to have real security on my feet (I''m old) so will have to return.

I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe hurt my foot almost as soon as I put it on. I wanted to love it as I thought it was cute.

Cute shoes but flopped around on my feet. Knew that if I kept them they would stretch feel even wider.

I thought these were going to be the answer to comfortable walking and while in the box they looked wonderful, once on the foot I had some problems. The length was fine, the width didn't seem to be a problem until I started walking and felt like my left heel was skewing out of the shoe. Then, I started feeling a little scratchy on my arch and discovered where the elastic meets the leather strap was rough. They did seem like nice shoes, but with my heel acting up and being aware of the elastic/leather seam, that was enough to send them back. I ended up buying more Birkenstocks!

First of all, let me say I love Zappos and the Customer Service Reps. They are the BEST! I seem to return more shoes than I keep, but Zappos doesn't fuss at me. I have such hard feet to fit; VERY, VERY narrow in the heel and VERY, VERY wide across the toe box, plus bunions. Let's not forget the corns on the bottoms of my feet. These shoes fit true to size for my 8W foot. However, instead of soft leather straps, I was dismayed to learn the straps felt more like plastic! I loved the style and fit, but the material of the straps was a deal breaker. Back they went.

Indeed a soft walk but too short and was too worried that once I ordered the 1/2 size greater that the shoe would be too wide. Sadly, returned them.

I couldn't decide if these looked chic or matronly. I have very wide feet, and they fit OK, but I decided to return them because I just didn't like the overall look that well.

I was hoping these stayed on without flapping at the heel, but I was wrong. The straps were too loose for me, even though I have a really high instep. Also, the footbed doesn't hold my foot (it is too straight from toe to heel with no heel cup and not much arch support.) The style is beachy and fun, but I think best for a person who is comfortable in heels, not someone used to a Birkenstock type footbed. On the plus side, the WW is actually WW, and the overall quality, including a sporty sole and buttery leather, seems good.

Have always ordered regular/Medium in a shoe. This shoe/brand I maybe should have ordered a narrow?? I wear a 6.5 which, length-wise, was spot on but my toes slid to the front of the sandal, not a nice look. The upper straps, while leather, look kind of a cross between a leather and synthetic. Not a rich leather look or feel. I don't like them enough to exchange/try a narrow.

Loved the style but they run SUPER WIDE. I have edema in my feet so I always err on the side of caution and only buy WW but these were always slipping off, they were so wide. I've never had SoftWalk shoes do that before. Unfortunately, I threw the box away and tried to wear them several times so there's scraping on the sole, so I can't send them back. Alas, they sit in my closet, unwearable.

Very nice shoes , and I was going to keep them, but then I started walking. Super comfy to stand in, but rub in all the wrong places to walk in. Back they go.

These sandals were cute and I think they would have provided decent arch support, but they were more narrow than I expected. My foot would not slide all the way so I had to return them.

I ordered these in a wide width, which I usually wear, these felt a little to wide and my foot was slideing forward in the sandal so I decided to return these.

I purchased this shoe and had to send it back due to almost immediate wear between the top straps. Zappos was gracious, of course! They were lovely and immediately replaced that pair. I decided to give it another try and see how it worked out. Sadly, I must say that there is serious wear between the straps (again), the leather seriously stretched out, causing my foot to slide uncomfortably forward. At this point, I'm just going to get rid of them. Too bad, because the style is very versatile.

Unfortunately, this shoe is not as dressy-looking in person as it is in the picture. Also, I ordered an AA width, but it fits like a B. If your feet are as narrow as mine, this narrow won't work.

I have a hard to finding sandals. I don't like thongs and I can't do really flat sandals because they don't have lots of support. I thought this sandals were going to work well. The soles were great, comfortable, flexible just enough of a heel to provide support. Where these shoes fell short were the crisscross straps. The lining of the leather straps has a rough edge the rubs up against the foot somewhat. I might have tolerated that but the stapes make noise when you walk which was annoying. I was deciding between these and some Clarks sandals and I think I will have to go with the Clarks. I may try other styles in SoftWalks since they seem to have comfortable soles.

These had to go back. Comfy but rubbed terribly right at bony part of instep, though I've not had issues with high instep. If the edges of the cross straps were softer I don't think it would have hurt. Gave up after 30 min of wearing. Zappos doesn't allow photos, but could have shown shoe on and then the red mark after just a half hour. Would never have survived a day in them.

I had to return them because even in a 2A they were still to wide for my feet.

Should have believed all the comments about how wide this shoe is! ALso very open from top.

Cute shoe and looked good on my foot, but the narrow was too wide.

I truly love the design of this sandal, but unfortunately, the crisscross of the straps dig into the top of your foot. Had to return it.

This SoftWalk sandal was not as cushy and comfortable as my other SoftWalk sandals, nor was it as attractive. I returned them.

This shoe is not very attractive but if it had been comfortable, I probably would have kept it. But it wasn't comfortable and the strap rubbed the arch on the inside of my left foot

The leather on these sandals was very soft! I'm returning them because they are a heavy shoe and walking in them causes a flip flop and I didn't like that. Otherwise, a pretty sandal.
