A gorgeous pair, of shoes! Well made, very simple & elegant! A Classic! But: The sole had NO flexibility! FLEXIBILITY is very important, in my case! I suffer from scoliosis, & whether the shoe is for inside the home, or to go out in public, I need support, & I need to be able, to flex my feet! Otherwise, the back, hip & leg pain, becomes unbearable! Sadly, I had to return them! Beauty is not everything! A good shoe, has to function, in many ways! &, these did NOT!

These are strangely made. There is extra support on the OUTSIDE of the foot and not in the arch. It made my foot pronate in. I needed a shoe with good arch support and this is just the opposite.

I always order a wide to accommodate a high instep in order to avoid tightness across the top of the foot. In my usual 9W, these felt a bit loose in width. Very cute sandals. Unfortunately, I don't like shoes that flap when you walk. These made as much noise as a flip flop. If I wanted that flapping noise with every step, I would have just worn flip flops. These are going back. Perhaps if they were more secure on the foot they wouldn't make that noise.

I’ve been wearing this style for over 3 years and have every color in 7.5 WW. Decided to add the light grey to my collection. However when they arrived the right was much tighter than the left. Zappos excellent customer service promptly made it right and sent another pair but same issue with second pair, so will be sending those back also. Could be this light grey material is softer thus made tighter. Will continue to order other colors when they are available as they are my go to summer sandal, just not in light grey.

I like these shoes. The style and color worked for me. But unlike the many reviews I read before I purchased saying they ran wide, my experience was the opposite. I ordered the wide but it felt like a medium. When I took them out of the box my first thought was that they looked small. When I put them on it was difficult to get my foot all the way into them. I hoped them would stretch a bit when I wore them, but sadly they did not. My heel was hanging off the back of the shoe because I couldn't keep my foot all the way in the shoe because they were just not wide enough. I had to return them.

I’m normally a true 8.5 wide, but these were nearly impossible to get on my feet. The straps, while soft, were just too small and almost felt like they were pushing my feet out of the shoes. They also didn’t particularly feel that wide. Next time I’ll go up at least a 1/2 size and see if that helps.

I was looking forward to trying these sandals as they looked like they would be comfortable right out of the box. They have webbing instead of leather around the foot, so that might explain the loose feeling I had when I put these on and it didn't help that it appears to also be too large for my foot. I will be returning.

Cute, feminine look, hard to find in extra wide slide. Sadly, one would not fit on my swollen right foot.

I actually liked these very much, but there's a small elastic gore that rubs uncomfortably against my arches. I'm sorry to have to return them.

My foot is wide and I have a bunion. This shoe was difficult to slide my foot into and the straps felt tight around my forefoot. I found a pair of Propet that worked better for me.

Like the style, but Narrow is still too wide for me.

I wanted to like these sandals, but the Narrow was to wide for my feet.

Came damaged but customer service was polite and swiftly sent me a return label to send them back.

Softwalk style is very comfy, but this shoe is very casual looking due to the wide rubber sole. I returned.

I wear at 12W. These were slightly too wide for my feet...to the point my feet were sliding around in them a bit. Figured the looseness would bother me when trying to walk in them, so am returning them. Otherwise, they'd be comfy shoes.

Cute shoe, but the bumpy footbed was uncomfortable.

Very comfortable shoe. I usually order between an 8 & 8 1/2, I ordered the 8 in this shoe. Its very cushy comfy but a little short. The 8 1/2 would be a little long & wide for me I believe, so sadly I will be returning them.

The extra wide fit was extra wide. I feel that over time my toes will go right out the front. There is elastic on the sides. With the shoe already wide enough the extra elastic wasn't needed. Very comfortable real leather foot bed. Not much in the style department. Going back.

I usually wear a 8 N but these were too wide. They were a cute stye tho. Wish manufacturers would keep consistent as I have other SoftWalk narrows that are fine.

A bit wide and honestly, not nearly enough arch support. But it's a nice shoe and relatively comfortable (except that I need more arch support).

I am a size 7 and these were too large. So I returned them and ordered a size down. Still too loose on my feet. I felt as if I had to grip my toes to walk in these. Liked the look otherwise.

I wear a 10.5N and tried these in a 10.5N They were sloppy and fell off my feet. I do have low profile feet, not thick, top to bottom. There is no way to adjust these, which I figure is pretty obvious, but I lifted my foot and it was clear, falling off was going to be a constant problem so I'm returning them. I suppose if you have a thicker foot, or wider, these might fit you.
