Thank you to all the reviewers who commented on the size. I wear any size from 10 to 11 in W or M depending on the shoe. So based on the reviewers who said it runs wide, I ordered 10.5 M. It fits perfectly! There is a little elastic on the side so it gives a bit. They stay on snug but not tight - no flopping around! I am on my feet all day and even after my feet swell, they are still very comfortable - even the first day. I came home and immediately ordered these in white, too! The heel height is also perfect - not flat but not too high.

This particular style is extremely comfortable for those with bunions and bunionettes. People with bunions often buy bigger shoes to accommodate them, but they don't need to do so with this shoe. The foot bed is precise to this size.

If in doubt, try this! I just ordered a second pair! I did order narrow, based on reviews here, and I'm 95% of the time always a medium, so I would go down in your width. I ordered a medium too, but it I slid around and am returning it .But I took my usual 7.5 / 38 euro size. This is very comfortable, yet doesn't look obviously like a comfort sandal; rather, it looks like a nice, low casual slide--yet you get a bit of a boost from the heel. Absolutely no slipping off sideways-I feel very stable in the narrow. The leather on the green one (and presumably the others with the little holes) is very soft, and did not cause any pain to my very sensitive 3 years post-chemo neuropathy, arthritic from current meds feet. I am thrilled with these and will try others in this brand. I'm done wearing any shoe that isn't stable (I don't want a turned and sprained or broken ankle), or any shoe that isn't super cushioned (bottoms of feet have so much pain if too much pressure) but I want to look nice. These fit the bill for my casual summer sandal. Other brands that are working are Naot (quite a bit pricier but great shoes that last-I'm wearing some still from 2008 and 2011...), some Eccos, and Clarks. My foot is narrow heel, spreading duck at front and toes, just fyi. Shoe looks good on the foot-easily could wear with casual skirts, pants or capris, though for dressier or work (unless your workplace is ultra casual) you might need something else.

Loved these shoes - very comfy and cute. Unfortunately they are too wide for my extra narrow foot - , even in narrow. When I stepped forward, my my foot slid down to the end of shoe bed and toes kept peeking out over edge. :( Back they go... If your foot is a bit wider you will love them!

I have tried achy feet. I don't like anything between my toes, but like the open style. These are comfortable, maybe a bit roomier than size indicates, and they agree with my feet...so I bought 3 pairs, white, black and tan.

These attractive, well-made sandals fit my wide feet perfectly and they are very comfortable. I like that they are low-heeled, but not flat. Totally flat sandals do not work for me. I ordered a second pair in another color, and am even thinking about ordering a third pair. They come in several colors, which is plus. I especially enjoy my pair that is black with little, colorful flowers.

These shoes were a surprising disappointment - fit my narrow foot and the leather is soft and lined with something soft but tore up the tops of my feet, had to send back and shop for a similar style from another company. So sad!

I fell in love with this gorgeous sandal online and had to have it. When it arrived I opened the box with a little anxiety, as I have been disappointed before by shoes that weren't comfy, didn't look good on my feet or just weren't what I expected. It didn't happen this time. The leather uppers truly are buttery soft and the soles are supportive yet cushiony. My size 9 feet are somewhat wide - I don't need a wide width in thong sandals but I definitely do in an enclosed shoe. This shoe looks great on my feet, and hides the small bunion I have without pressing into it. The only problem for me is that the wide is just a little too wide. My right foot wants to slide a little. Since I'm unsteady on my feet I was concerned about this, but I bought a pair of Dr Scholl's ball of foot cushions and they hold the shoe in place. I'm so happy I found Softwalk. They are my new favorite shoe!

Very comfortable shoes, even for people like me with bunions and a history of plantar fasciitis. I live in a warm climate so wear slides and sandals all year round. This is the first pair that have been comfortable right out of the box. I feel like I'm walking on air because of the padding.

Wow, these really are wide! I normally wear a wide and these were loose right from the start! Ugh, what a waste of resources (shipping, fuel, etc.) to return. They were also a smidge too small, so I returned for the next half size up and regular width. Kudos to Zappos for their stellar return program.

Ordered this shoe in Midnight Floral and it was so cute! I normally wear an 8W and in this case it was true to size for me. I wanted it to work! I am so hard to fit because of my bunions. This actually fit but was no really comfortable for walking because my toes seemed to take a "right turn" where the shoe stayed straight. Looked a bit weird and was just not comfortable. Sadly, I will have to return them. I cannot fault the shoe; I am almost 67 and I think it is just my foot pattern changing as I age and I do not think the bunions help my problem. If you have a normal foot, I think you might like these. One note: They were not as "cushion-y soft" as I am used to from SoftWalk.

Material on the upper straps felt ruff and uncomfortable to me. They are cute so I'm sad they did not work out.

Love Zappos! This sandal looks beautiful, like the picture. And the fit was good. But the leather turns out to be hard and somewhat scratchy. Too much irritation for me!

I read the other reviews before ordering this sandal in WW, but I have never found a shoe that is too wide for my feet - this one was ! I think it would be comfortable, but I didn't like the style enough to order the W.

The shoe is great .... fit is perfect but the leather on the straps hurt and actually scratch the tops of my feet.....did not want to return them but could not wear them .... hurt so bad ....

I have always been very happy with the footwear I've bought from Zappos ... so I was surprised when I opened the box and lifted these sandals out. Even before I put them on my feet, I was very aware of how stiff and not-soft the material is. Really disappointed after trying them on both feet. The size was fine, the style was just what I was looking for, but the leather is hard, stiff and cold. Very uncomfortable across the arch of my foot. I immediately packaged them back up and am headed to town to send them back for a refund.

Comfortable out of the box. I have a bunion and have problems with most shoes, these fit without having to order a wide. They are light and hug the foot nicely.

It took a little while to get the right size. Having large very wide feet, I'm used to wearing 10WW - thinking they might be too snug, I first tried 10 1/2 WW and then 10 WW - both were too big, which, funnily enough, thrilled me as shoes have NEVER been too big or too wide. With never ending patience, kindness and good humor the Zappos' Customer Service department helped me finally arrive at the right size - 9 1/2 WW. I haven't worn 9 1/2 for 40 years - I'm smiling! Thank you Zappos! I now know exactly where I will go to get shoes in future.

I absolutely love these shoes! I gave them 4 stars for style because the plain black looks slightly clunky with maxi dresses (but they're fine with pants). My wide feet with bunions and achy arches are very comfortable all day long in these shoes, which is more than I can say about most other shoes of any type or style. I'm buying another pair in another color, I like them so much.

Yay -- sandals that fit and are attractive! I love a shoe that comes in wide. After reading reviews, I was fearful a wide would be TOO wide, but they fit great. I am a solid 7; these are a titch long but I think a half size smaller might be too small. Comfy footbed; haven't given them an all-day test yet, but they are comfy so far. Yay!

I just received my sandals today and when I tried them on it was like heaven on my feet. I have wide feet so I got mine in "D" width and in an 8.5. It fit perfectly. The sandals do feel a little on the looser side than the snug side, which I can appreciate since that doesn't mean I'll be breaking them in so to speak. All in all this is a terrific sandal for a very comfortable scenario. I think you can style it up as well depending on the outfit. The only tiff I have over these sandals is that there is a sharp little thread that feels like a pin on the inner most part of the connecting sandal (right where your arch is). It's not that big of a deal but it is annoying. It doesn't feel like a needle point but it is definitely an annoying little dot of a thread that's pointy. Like I said it's no big deal but I just wanted to write the littlest details. Great sandals. Great purchase. Great find. Thinking of getting it in another color.

Beautiful sandal felt like it a very supportive sole and that it would wear well. My trouble with this one is that my foot slid slightly too far forward so my toes hung over the front just a bit. This might be a great shoe for someone with different foot proportions. I returned them.

The fit is true, medium width so would not work for narrow or wide. Straps are soft and flexible so very comfortable.

These shoes are very comfortable and the leather is lovely. I have wide feet and often times even extra wide shoes are tight. These fit right out of the box and are comfortable.

Perfect fit and VERY comfortable.
