I haven't worn Superstars in years but I know they are not the most supportive or comfy shoe. Still, they look great on pretty much everybody! Sizing: I am a 9.5C and regularly take a 10-10.5 C or D in sneakers. Front of my foot is wide (think bunion area) but rest of foot is a medium. I've seen in reviews I'm not the only one with this hard-to-shop-for feature, pun intended. So if the toe-box is a little wide I can sometimes get away with a 10 B/Medium. Adidas does not make the Women's in Wide(C) but the width is fair in the Regular(B). The 9.5B fit me best with a thin sock but I would not have room to add arch support or a better liner, so I'm going with the 10B. In the Men's I'd go with the size 9 Regular. The 8.5s fit by length and are snug. Leather would likely stretch. But I want more wiggle room at the toes and that rubber cap isn't expanding. Both 10B Women's and 9D Men's are listed as European size 42 on manufacturer’s site. I'd go with the Euro or UK sizing if you know your sneaker fit. In sneakers and hiking boots I'm usually a Euro 41 but I have some 42s. (I tried on some Men's/Unisex Originals Superstar 1 & Superstar 2 styles. Those are okay but I preferred the fit of the Women's. Front seems to be roomier - weirdly, usually Men's have a wider toe box - and the Women’s heel support/backing is lower which fits me better. Otherwise the Men's and Women's are fairly comparable if you're a female with a medium to wide foot. It may be they are THIS close in size because the Men's Superstar is known to run narrow.) Color and materials: In just one pair of the White/Red Night/Silver Metallic, the leather between the three stripes is crinkled a lot on the outside of one shoe. I think whatever this heavy material is for the stripes it may be pulling more than the usual type. I really loved the color in person. It's more deep purple than reddish, and it has a texture. NOTE I had this exact colorway in two other sizes while trying to pinpoint my current Adidas Superstar size. The other two pair looked PERFECT; no wrinkling at all! So don't be afraid to order these! Stripes are so dark they're neutral - very wearable. I'm going to look for more of the Adidas Originals Superstar "premium leather" or "full grain leather" choices, but it’s hard to compare which is which across listings. I found another colorway I really liked - the White/Cyber Metallic - but Zappos is sold out in my size right now. As usual Zappos is THE BEST with speedy delivery on multiple sizes and easy returns. If I go back to a shoe like this where I can’t guess the current-version Women’s OR Men’s size I need, Zappos service is invaluable. In a brick & mortar I’d be the gal camped out with stacks of shoeboxes surrounding her like a giant Lego display. Potentially cranky salesperson sold separately.

The fit and size were fine. The right shoe has a hard indent at the base of my toes that makes the shoe immediately painful. I couldn't "bend" or "soften" it out. They're going back.

Very cute shoe but too narrow in the toes, which is surprising since I bought a whole size larger & I don’t have wide feet. I’m sad that I had to return them.

I have never purchased a pair of shoes in wide but these felt very narrow. The very inside part of the sole was hitting my arch and clearly too narrow. Sadly I will have to send them back.

Size chart on Zappos is inaccurate - it took me too many shoes to figure out the right size. The shoe runs bigger than the chart here, the accurate one is on the Adidas official site. I’m typically a Euro 38, which in most sneakers is a women’s size 8 (plus some room for my wide feet), but I had to go all the way down to a 6.5 here. Even though it’s still a little long, I can’t go any smaller without it starting to pinch my toes.

I love these shoes however, I have had to return them two times now; both times because they are not true to size. I wear size 7 1/2 always. The 7 1/2 was way too big so I had to return. I ordered a size 7 which were also too large. I will order 6 1/2 now and am hoping they fit.

The width of this shoe was perfect, but the heel area was, also, wide, so my heel slipped, even with socks.

I am currently obsessed with Adidas sneakers. They are well made, stylish with an old school look, and provide a decent amount of support. However, they really need to work on their sizing. It has been really difficult for me to order them online because every style seems to have a different fit and sizing. I feel very frustrated ordering so many that end up being too big and by time I get them they are sold out in my correct size. Zappos has been great getting me shoes quickly and returns are easy. It's Adidas that needs to figure out better sizing!

So cute! Loved them. Sending back though because the lines/seams on top of shoe (over toes) made me feel like I was wearing clown shoes. Didn’t look like that in the mirror, but I felt it every time I looked down, so had to send these back, sorry. But I loved the floral design on the side!

It made my feet look clunky and then started to rub my ankles after walking for one day.... usually love adidas- maybe because these are unisex?
