I really wanted these shoes!! Zappos had them on sale, plus I had a $10 off coupon so it was the perfect time to buy. I read through all the reviews and was really undecided between a half and full size smaller than my normal size 9. I decided to go with a size 8. My toes were at the very end of the shoe with no wiggle room at all. I might of been able to wear them, but I prefer a little more room...especially when walking. I have kept shoes with a similar fit thinking they would stretch and fit better, only to be so uncomfortable and eventually giving them away. I decided to exchange them for an 8.5. When I started the online return/exchange process the only option it would allow me was a return which would cause me to lose my coupon discount. I called Zappos's customer service and was connected to a very friendly and helpful agent who was working from home due to Covid. She was able to make my exchange using my coupon and I received my new shoes within a couple of days. Exchanging them was the right choice because the new ones fit/feel perfect. I know my actual size would of been too big. Zappos is so great to work with. That's why I LOVE to order from them. Highly recommend these shoes and suggest you only go down a half size not whole.

I own several pairs, and I’m never disappointed! The fit is half to full-size larger so adjust for your normal size, but other than that...I luv them. They’re a classic, stylish sneaker that stays in my closet and in my feet!

Too big! Must be men’s sizing even though it says women’s sizing.

I recommend keeping your original size with this particular shoe. I am a 10.5 in women’s, and I stuck with my exact size without going up (11) or down (10). The fit is excellent in terms of width, and I have enough room for my toes that it is comfortable without being too little or too much.

Was wondering what shoes would go well with skinny jeans and crops while also being neutral enough to go with anything. I love these shoes! The gold detail is also a nice touch. I wear gold-toned jewelry a lot, and it just helps me feel pulled together in a very casual kind of way (covid cozy).

I bought these for my daughter and she wore them immediately I was concerynee shoes might hurt but when she returned she said they were wonderful!

I am usually size 8 1/2. I read many reviews that said these ran large, I ordered a size 7 1/2 and they were perfect. Really well made leather shoe. Looking forward to wearing!

Looooove these Superstars with the iridescent details! It's super shiny and eye-catching. Listen to the reviews, though: They do run large! I had to exchange them for a half size down.
