I use this backpack for school everyday, and i love it! my last one lasted me 4 years and it still was working i just thought it was time to get a new one. It has more than enough room to fit everything i need in it. I would definitely recommend this backpack!

Fits all my stuff for school without looking bulky!

I bought my first Borealis 6 years ago and it looks like new inside and out and it has been everywhere with heavy usage. Any other backpack would not have survived. The only reason I purchased a new one was that I wanted a lighter color after 6 years. Now I have 2 in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It is the best value on the market and is able to go from office to travel to casual - absolutely anywhere and it looks good. I wish there were more options in NF's color pallet that were lighter, more traditional and classic because they last forever.

I love it, the backpack is perfect! I only use it for school and hiking but it is fantastic. I pack everything and anything i need and there's still room for more. it is very comfortable and I would buy it again, any time.

I love this backpack! I was kind of skeptical at first because it's so big, but it fits me perfectly (I'm 5'3 and 100lbs). It's kind of heavy until you put it in, but then it magically (re: by weight distribution) becomes super light. I mostly use this for school, and it definitely stands up to the weight of heavy college textbooks. I'd buy 100 of these!!!

I love my north face backpack. It can take anything I put in. I am a college student that has a lot of books,computer ,chargers and etc to carry every single day. My backpack also look like it water proof because even though I have to travel from on build to other in the rain I know that no matter how long I stay in the rain my books and computer is still dry. Another good thing about this backpack is that if I put it on the floor or anywhere else it will stay sitting straight up. The computer support is great it keeps my computer safe. The different levels are also great so I can put my small items in the small levels of the beg n big items in the larger levels. The water Bottle holders keep my water bottle close to my bag so it does fall off.

Absolutely love this backpack. I got it for grad school and it holds everything I need to be on campus and working every day.

My Nike bag couldn't handle my college books. Ripped right open. The Borealis has been going strong and is much better on my back.

This is a great bookbag! It may be a little heavy once everything is packed, but it is extremely comfortable.

I use it at school every day! This is my first backpack from The North Face and I'm really happy with it. My previous backpacks broke a lot easier and faster.

Absolutely would recommend to anybody looking for a super durable backpack to last them years and years with unbelievable comfort! The only downside, but this goes with any bavkpack is that when I try to put my laptop, a few textbooks, and a spiral or two, the bag has no become much heavier and will have more discomfort and strain on my shoulders. That's why I found the side buckles VERY USEFULL! Also the color black is very popular in my area with high school and college kids, so I loved being able to stand out a bit from the trend with the cute blue accents :)
