I enjoy flip flops in the summer months but needed more arch support than the flatter ones are known for. These work beautifully. Very comfortable and my legs and feet feel so much better at the end of the day. I would suggest ordering a size down. I usually take a 9, but the 8 was a much better fit. I did not have any breaking in issues.

They are splendid for my feet! I have a bit hallux valgus and my feet are demanding. These are the nicest sandals that I have tested. Most comfortable in every way, they fit perfectly, they are cool, both in the meaning not hot, and stylish, being minimalistic in an appealing way. The only problem is that you can only use them for leisure time.

I have horribly flat feet, they even kept me out of Nam. These sandals form to fit your foot like going to a podiatrist and having him mold your feet. Amazing. Who would have thought that a flip flop would be the salvation to horrible feet?

I love these flip-flops and highly recommend them. My husband watched as I warmed them in the oven then stood on them to mold to my feet. He was skeptical but soon stole them in all their purple glory! So I had to buy him his own pair. These are squishy and comfortable and I walk everywhere in them. Rinse easy for messy pursuits and are holding up after a few years wear. I am so happy to find them on Zappos as I was looking for a 12!

These are very comfortable with good arch support. My podiatrist recommended these. Unfortunately the black sole wears off on my feet so my heels look black and dirty. I had a pervious style that the sole was blue and never had that problem

These are very comfortable, well made flip-flops; well worth the price. I would prefer leather, though.

I have been buying and wearing these and the original women's Montrail Molokini's for almost 10 years now. (I go through about 1 pair/year). I started wearing them to replace flip flops after moving to a desert climate. Although I now live in a colder climate, I currently wear the shoes around the house, in public showers, at the beach/lake and as a great alternative to flip flops or very casual less supportive sandals. I find them quite supportive given the type of shoe they are and good for my fallen arches. The shape of the shoe also seems to help me from stubbing my toes against things, something I'm more likely to do in other flip flops. In terms of fit, they fit my wide feet and thick instep very comfortably. The heat process that molds them to an individual's feet helps with that. (Make sure to heat them in the oven before wearing!) The only two negatives I have with them has to do with quality for the cost and color choice. I don't think they are poorly constructed, but I do think they could and should be better constructed. (One of the grips on the sole fell out after much usage and the parts aren't always precisely lined up.) I could also stand to see a few more color and pattern options, but overall I am quite happy with these shoes.

This is a great flip flop. Very supportive. I can walk around in these for a long time and my feet still feel great. I've ordered them many times. The only problem I had this time was they seem to be making them slightly smaller. I would've figured my feet maybe just got a little bigger but the same thing happened with my husband. We sent them back and ordered the next size up. Now we're very happy.

Didn't expect the footbed to be as "clunky" as it is. I have an old Montrail flip flop that I love to bits, but the style is discontinued and I thought this one might be comparable. I do love the mold-to-your-feet technology, but want a style that is less boxy. Length felt true to size but width was too much, straps were loose.

I had high hopes for these, as I've previously ordered the original Montrail Molokini sandals and LOVED those. But these Molokini II just do not even compare. The toe thong is too short, which makes the whole band over the instep too tight, and the overall size of the sandal seems small compared to prior versions. I love Montrail Molokinis, bt I truly wish they would go back to the original style please! These are just okay, but I won't order them anymore.

When I first tried on the Molokini II sandal, I thought it felt great, just like the pair that I've had for a couple years. Wow, was I wrong! The first time I wore the sandals, the thong section on the left sandal rubbed the inside arch area of my foot raw (there is a little size label on the part of the thong that was cutting into my arch). I couldn't wait to get home and take these sandals off. I've never had this problem with a pair of flipflops before, and I probably own at least 20 pairs. I gave this shoe 2 stars because the right sandal felt okay.

Seems like it would be a comfortable supportive shoe but the part between the toes rubbed. I don't usually have a problem with that so I was disappointed and have to return them.

I returned these because the arches were so high I felt bow-legged and off-balance. They also felt annoyingly like my heels were coming off the back, though they weren't. If you have arch issues, this might be the shoe for you. If you don't, you might want to skip these.

I wear a size 8. The 8 in this shoe was too big and the 7 was too small. It would have been awesome if there were 1/2 sizes.

A big fan of the original Molokini sandals. I've owned many pairs through the years. I did notice the soles coming unglued on the last two pairs. Now that they've been discontinued, I ordered the Molokini II. I ordered size 9 like I always did with the originals, although in most shoes I wear size 9 1/2. Size 9 was too small. My heel was coming off the back but there was way too much space left in front of my toes. Weird. I compared the two styles. Molokini II was slightly shorter and narrower overall. But the toe thong (for lack of terminology) was placed too far back. Maybe I got a bum pair? Returned them. Worried to order a size up thinking I'll still be disappointed.

Used to be five stars but now the glue on the soles come off and the glue holding the thong to the sandal comes off. Great shoe now poorly made.

I like that they fit wide feet but the pair I received had a monster arch along the entire inner side of the shoe, I regret putting it on my foot. Not for low arches or flat feet for sure. Too bad cause us wide width wears need a good wide flip flop. Returning
