I have these shoes in other colors, and I agree with another poster..they don't all fit the same. Maybe it's because one material is more firm than another? I do love the style and the heel height isn't too high.

These were not very comfortable. I have high arches and these provided no support. They were extremely tight in the toes. I could barely squeeze them in. It's safe to say they're a little on the narrow side and I have normal to narrow feet. Also, they give terrible toe cleavage (I hate toe cleavage). They are going back.

The shoes are a lot smaller than normal. I am not sure if I need half or a full size bigger, I guess I will found out. Other than that they are very nice quality.

This shoe is not uncomfortable, but I do not recommend the liquid brown patent color. It looks really cheap. It should be real leather for the price, not crinkled plastic.

These are absolutely gorgeous and really easy to walk in, but they are too tight in the toe box for me. Going up a size would have left my heel slipping out of the shoe, though, so no exchange for me.

Wanted these to work so bad(ly?), they are pretty shoes --- but ouch! I can't believe how many reviewers say how comfy these are, I did not have the same experience. I don't have a wide foot and usually am 9.5 but will sometimes go up to 10. Could barely get my foot into the 9.5 and although the 10 just fit lengthwise, my toes were so pinched by these! I also bought a cute pair of pointy toe 9.5 Cole Haan heels that were comfortable for hours, so these were just too narrow in the toe for me. As another reviewer said, if they offered this in a wide I would try it because they are so attractive.

I really wanted these shoes to work but they were just too narrow - I'm usually a 6 - 6.5 so when the 6 was too tight, I sized up and that fit everywhere except the width. I wouldn't say I have exceptionally narrow feet, but I also don't usually have to purchase W. They are really pretty though so if they had offered a wider size, I would have tried! Too bad.

Have Calvin Klein Dolly, was hoping for a similar fit with Gayle, but it was not comfortable at all, so returning. Pinched toes, not comfortable to walk in.

I think Nikki from Seattle means they run small!! She had to buy a larger size so they would fit comfortably; that means they run small for the size marked on the shoe. I had to do the same, otherwise they're lovely.

I wear a 7½M and found that the toe box is way too small. I have narrow to medium size feet. So I was surprised and will be returning them. The shoes are pretty.

I didn't realized that this shoe has a silver attachment above the heel. I need a conservative black heel and I am not sure why they choose to put the silver on the back on the shoe.

I already own a pair of these shoes in black and love them. Ordered a pair in navy and they are definitely smaller and narrower than the black ones. Also, the navy is an odd shade of dark blue; not a true navy. Does not match a navy suit.

Runs very small. Not quite as described. Disappointing.

On the never ending search for comfy pumps. I have some, I just can't seem to replace them. Why are all the shoes so uncomfortable these days?!?

Very tough material. Not flexible. I wouldn't recomend anyone to buy, looks like not leather at all.

These are WILDLY uncomfortable! The length was fine but they were too narrow. Also, they put a lot of pressure on the ball of my foot adding to the discomfort. Even sitting they hurt. Truly awful to wear. That being said I do think they are well made and super cute. They just aren’t the ones for me.

How can a basic tan pump look sleazy? Tough to say but these were not a win for me. I ordered these with 4 other very similar pairs of pumps and only these ones felt tacky to me. Not sure what it is. The heel isn't really all that high, the shoe isn't all that low cut, the toe isn't all that pointy. On paper it should be fine, but it just felt tacky to me. Also, while it fit overall, it kind of crunched my toes a bit. At the same time, I feel like the next size bigger would be too big. Overall, not for me.

These shoes are so pretty but they aren't comfortable. I felt like I really had to squeeze my feet in them.

I really wanted to like these shoes. The color was exactly what I wanted, and they were fine size-wise, but they are so incredibly narrow in the toe area. There is no give at all, and my toes were very cramped. I read other reviews that indicated they ran a little narrow, so I ordered the wide width, but they were still incredibly uncomfortable. There's just no way I could've worn them all day at work. As always, Zappos was on top of things with easy-peasy return and credit. The hunt for the perfect camel-hued pump continues!

I put one shoe on and I knew it wouldn't work! Unless you have very forgiving feet, this is one stiff, rigid shoe, with nothing soft or pliable for walking in. Very uncomfortable! I also did not care for the styling as this particular cut did not look particularly sexy or cute on the foot. I'm returning.

I bought these shoes in search of a replacement for a pair of embossed patent leather black Nine West pumps that I have owned for years. I love about my existing pump and was trying to replicate a shoe with a long toe-box silhouette. The generous toe box of my old pair not only makes for an extremely comfortable shoe but a very sleek and shoe as well. I ordered and tried four pairs of black pumps (including these) costing around $100 each. I found that all of them (including this pair) had a short toe box, leading to a more professional or matronly silhouette and the â??rimâ?? of the shoe shows a hint of tan (instead of the black leather), making the shoe seem cheap. The shoe was otherwise comfortable but not what I was looking for. Sadly I had to return them and I am still on the looking for the perfect pair.

These are a very attractive shoe and that's about where the good stops. I wear a 13 M and currently own the Calvin Klein Dolly in that size and it is very comfortable, fits well and have no issues with it. This shoe runs quite small, felt like a 12 N. Toes are squished in and the throat cuts right across the joint of my big toe and marks it. Really disappointed in this shoe given how well Calvin Klein shoes usually are. Would recommend ordering a 1/2 to full size larger. As they don't make any bigger size, I will deal with them and stretch the devil out of them. Zappo's please give those of us with a larger foot some choices on pretty shoes. Most of what I'm seeing isn't even worth a look.
