I read the reviews and expected to love it. The fit is terrible. The quality is terrible. I bought a size larger as suggested and it was too small around my torso and the sleeves were so long it went over my hands.

I love the weight and fabric of this jacket. It's just right for South Georgia weather. I'm a tall lady and the length is perfect for me. And when it's teal my chilly the hood adds extra warmth. I love everything about my jacket

Nice material but it wore like a tent. I tried a large and am 5'11" 150 lbs. Shoulders were snug and ok but waist and hips were enormous.

This jacket is very thin material. Very long and runs big

I purchased a Benton Springs II Long Hoodie. I feel this product is not of the quality I expect from Columbia. The fabric is thin. Every time I wear it I find more loose thread that need to be cut. I have many Columbia jackets, This is the first one that is iffy.

Fit was odd and unflattering. I would not buy again.

Columbia has been sending me emails regularly even after I unsubscribed multiple times. This is rude and intrusive and has made my experience into a one-star review. STOP

I love this jacket. It great for our southern climate where it can get chilly and cold It zips up around my neck and the hood is great. Also love the length. I would recommend. Size up. Columbia seems to run small.

Not the same quality fleece as an older hoodless Benton Springs jacket that I own. Sleeves and underarm area is so tight that it's uncomfortable and I have very thin arms. For reference, I purchased a S regular and I am 5'2" 105 lbs. Returned it.

The Black is not true black, it is faded. Not what I expected.

The zipper was cut about mid-length, and the jacket had 3 large holes in it! I even showed my neighbor. The most atrocious part is the person who zipped it up and folded it so nicely had to notice. Where's the quality assurance? Sorry Columbia. You lost a customer!

runs very small. Quality always good with Columbia. Disappointed that it is cut so small.

Too small fit, I normally wear XXL but this one was very small and made cheap. The material didn't feel good like their other products.

Sleeves 3 inches too long and the hood doesn't lay right to be comfortable.

The zipper was broken. I had to pay to ship it back.

The Color black is actually ash grey beware of that

I bought this a couple of months ago, it arrived with a hole in the pocket. I sewed it up...and alas, the other pocket has a hole. Looks incredibly cheap, is boxy, certainly NOT a hoodie. Oh, and the zipper is already breaking. SAVE YOUR $$$, buy something somewhere else!

I've only had this for a week and a front seam is already ripping. Oh, and it came with a HOLE in the pocket. Horrific quality overall. Now I have to find a printer and take my high risk toddler to a PO during a pandemic to return this. Thanks Columbia.

Material was not soft. The cut of the jacket was odd... tight in the chest...a small size large. The double zipper was very difficult to use.

I believe I ordered an XL but received an L. I usually wear a large so I tried it on. Runs very small. Very pretty, cozy and long but it is tight everywhere and I'll have to return

I ordered 3, in black, gray & purple after reading all the reviews. I really wish I could like this fleece but it's just horrible. I don't know how this is suppose to keep me warm because it's made of a very thin material. The arms are too long. I will be returning these ASAP

This fleece hoodie is so big and boxy, not flattering at all. I always wear a small and I was drowning in this. Had to pay to return it even though I live in Portland :(

This is the strangest "hoodie" I've ever purchased. The fabric is stiff, I'm not sure what kind of fleece it is. The collar gets in the way if it's unzipped and when I tried to fold it down the jacket creeps backwards over my shoulders (which are square and bony). I ordered a large so it would be roomy and not snug, it does run a little small except for the extra long arms. Disappointed and surprised that Columbia put it's brand on this product.... returning it even though I have to pay for the shipping.

I read every review and I was confident I was going to love this but it was definitely not what I was looking for and I was severely disappointed. First, the material is not soft it is stiff and itchy. Second, the material is thin and the quality was cheap. I wouldn't pay $20 for this hoodie...so it was WAY overpriced. Third, I ordered a large because everyone said it ran small. Well, the arms were still too short (my arms are on the long side, but a Large should have fit them since I'm normally a medium) and the rest of the hoodie was just big and boxy, not fitted at all or contoured to a woman's body. It was laughable how it fit. I returned it the very next day.

Overall disappointment. I thought this would be a great jacket for colder weather and I loved the length. The large was way too big and the sleeves on the medium were too tight. The fleece was extremely thin. I could feel air moving through it, so it was not very warm.
