Followed the advice of an earlier review. I wear women's 5.5/6/6.5 depending on the shoe and ordered a youth 4 - perfect fit and very comfortable with room for thicker socks. Would like to have these in every colour!

One word comfortable. The only sneaker we can get my 3 year old grandson to wear. He has sensory disorder, so finding shoes he likes are important.
