My granddaughter loved the look of the shoes but was disappointed that they were big in the heel and not as comfortable as she expected. I had to send them back and she is going to try Vans.

I typically wear a size 7 in women’s and ordered the kids size 6 and it was at least an inch / 1 size too large! I will order again size 5 and hope it works...

The shoe laces are too long otherwise very good, would have preferred a size 11 and 1 kids with Velcro straps instead of laces.
