I purchased these for my 15 month old and he walks in them well. The soles are nice and flexible. And they are very easy to put on. We have not had any wear and tear issues but my son is not very hard on his shoes yet as he is so young.

Bought these for my 5 year old, and he loves them! Just came back on zappos to order a pair for my 6 year old too!

Good for a toddler. High quality materials. A little heavy for an early walker.

My 3.5 year old has worn See Kai Run since he started wearing shoes, but the last two times I've purchased them I have noticed that even though he is wearing the right size his feet flop around in them. Since I know the length is right (he's outgrown his old shoes) I can only assume that that means the shoes tend to run a little wide. Unfortunately I don't think we'll be buying them after this because kids need shoes they can run and jump in and not be worried about falling out of. However, I will say every pair we've had has held up really well.

Nice shoe! Got us through the cold months of the pandemic, but my kid outgrew them pretty quick. We replaced these with a big 8 (Converse) and a small 9 (Native) which still fit six months later, so I feel these might run small.

These are great shoes, sturdier than I expected. I do agree with other reviewers that the Velcro straps just aren’t long enough for the chubby footed toddler looking for wide shoes. Width is great, but the straps need to be longer.

Shoes work great. We have bought a couple for my son as he has grown. Last well as his primary shoe he wears everyday until he grows out of them.

My first SKR purchase based on the cute look of these shoes plus the positive reviews. My toddler has been wearing them all summer and they've held up well. My little one has a narrow foot so there was extra scrunched fabric between the velcro straps, but that didn't bother me that much. It didn't slip off his foot, which I appreciated, but for some reason, he did trip a lot more in these shoes vs his Naturino ones which ran narrower. I suspect the width coupled with heavy front rubber area contributed to this, but I can't say for sure. The shoes also washed well (I washed by hand and air dried several times). I would but this brand again and hope the tripping issue resolves itself.

Our toddler loved the shoes from the beginning! He is a very active toddler and these provided plenty of grip at the sole and the shoes are very flexible making it easier for him to run, climb, jump and dance without any problem!

I read other reviews about the width and length of the shoe, that some parents think these run big. I have to agree wholeheartedly. I actually ordered my size year old son's new size (12) and then a full size smaller (11). The full size smaller definitely fits better and isn't too small. My son doesn't have narrow feet, so I can only assume that these really do run larger than you would expect if your kid usually wears other brands.

These are really cute and comfortable with a nice cotton knit lining. My boys love them! I just had to order two sizes smaller than they measured. They run really big and they also run on the wide side which I like as I like when they have wriggle room.

Great, cute shoes for my 6 year old. The tongue is a little short, which is annoying, but overall I'm happy. I got him a 13 1/2, he has got a little room to grow.

I’ve been exclusively buying See Kai Run shoes for my kids since they were in walkers. I love them, BUT some styles hold up better than others. For the price point I wish they were generally more durable (ex: the past couple of pairs I’ve purchased the toe bumper peels off). It’s always a “oh no not again!” moment, but alas, I still buy them anyway.

Super cute shoes, but we purchased last week and finish on fabric at velcro tabs is already rubbed away. It happened the first time my son wore the shoes and gets worse with each wear. I am very disappointed because we have had this brand before in another style and they held up very well. Cute shoes, but wouldn't recommend.

I love the See Kai Run brand and have had numerous pairs in the past but the sizing on these were off. they seemed to run a 1/2-full size bigger when my son is a consistent 12 and measures a 12 as well. we will be returning these but still love the brand.

Ordered these back in January, it’s now beginning of April and though I loved these at first I have to say they have not held up well. All the grey rubber bumper around the shoes have worn and fallen off. Both insoles have come free and slip around inside and the shoes themselves have stretched from wear and are now loose on his feet. I’m sure there’s still some life in them but they’re now just relegated to play shoes and not good for school.

These shoes are super cute. My son picked them out. We were disappointed bc these seemed SO wide in the ankle. My son has a narrower foot, however, we've never purchased special 'narrow' shoes. Other Ms have fit just fine. Will have to send these back. :(

I have been buying these shoes for years but our recent pairs have been falling apart with just one time use. The front of the shoe is not made well and comes off the shoe and is a tripping hazard.

The shoes are cute and they are nice and wide for my little one’s wacky toes. However, this is the 3rd pair of SKR sneakers that had the front wrapping of the sole detach from the shoes. Both feet. All three pairs bought from two different sources. I examined them and compared. What they have in common is that the wrapping was not flush with the bottom of the sole. The wrapping was glued ever so slightly too low, making it catch on things and eventually just peel off. I tried flying them but they just unglued again because they still overhung. Sad but I’ll never buy this brand again. I thought I had found the perfect cute and comfy shoe for wide feet.

Falling apart after 3rd wear. For years I have been buying See Kai Runs for the style and quality, but this is the second pair that fell apart almost instantly. You can see the rubber coming off in the pics. I'll have to find a new favorite. :(

As much as I would love to keep these, I guess my little one has narrow heels, or it’s just the fit of these shoes. They fit fine everyone but around his heels.

I agree with another's experience of poor durability. We have been using this shoe style for past 1.5 years - from ages 1.5 to now almost 3. But this last pair wore down on the front before he outgrew it. Will also be looking for a different brand.

I love this shoe, but... The glueing on the sole though isn’t great... the rubber on the sides started coming detached after the first time my 1 yr old wore them.
