All the pictures of these pants show the leg uncuffed and the description says that the inseam is 28.5". Being 5'3" and shorter in the legs, I was pretty excited about pants that have a leg length that would fit me. However, these pants only have an inseam of 28.5" when they arrive with a cuff overlap of 5". The actual inseam of these pants is 33". This is significantly different from the advertised inseam of 28.5". Material of the pants felt comfortable when I wore them, but it felt a little baggier than expected in the leg for fitting in the hips.

These jeans are great. They are very stylish, and they feel good on. The fit is true to size. They are low rise, but not too low. When I first put them on I absolutely loved them! But unfortunately I am returning them, because my thighs rub together and the material in these jeans make a sound. I felt like George Costanza. While I loved the fit, feel, and style I could not get over the sound they made when I walked.

These jeans are awesome! The material is so soft (Indigo color), I normally don't enjoy wearing jeans in the evening while sitting legs-crossed on the couch, that's when the sweats usually go on, but with these jeans I don't need to change out of them... super comfortable, stretchy and soft! I am 5'3", 125lb and the size 6 fit me perfectly, no gap at the back waistband either which is a major problem for me in all other jeans. Rise is a mid-rise which I like. I will have to hem them a bit more to be able to wear them cuffed or un-cuffed, but this is common for me with most pants. Only problem I had was after the first wear, I washed them as instructed and the right leg twisted so that the inside leg seam was now on the front of my leg. I've decided to return these as defective and reorder another pair, hopefully this won't be a problem with the next pair. If that's the case, I don't think I'll ever buy another brand/style of jeans, these are that great.

Prana does it again with these amazing jeans. The fabric is beautifully stretchy while still definitely being "jean" material. Nice rise and good "pocket-to-butt cheek" ratio for a flattering backside. (It's so unfortunate when back pockets are too small!) I really can't speak to the actual length - if narrow pant legs are too long, I cuff them or get them altered. No biggie. Don't let that stop you from getting these. I have indigo and white. I hate see-through white jeans. Not a problem here. They failed the hot pink underwear test, but c'mon. All light pants do.

This is the third pair of Indigo Kara jeans that I've had. They are a perfect fit and a nice lightweight jean for the summer. I'm 5'4" and weigh 110. The 0 is perfect! I have also had a pair of the black Kara jeans in the past. The 0 was also a good fit for those. However, this time I ordered a pair and couldn't begin to zip them up. I have returned those. Based on my purchase this time, the black is at least one size smaller than the indigo.

I LOVE this style of jeans. I already owned 2 pairs (denim and pebble) and I just purchased Indigo. The only negative thing I have to say about the Indigo is that they fit a bit bigger than my other 2 pairs and the material is not the same. They tend to stretch out during the day and the material does not feel as sturdy. I still really like them, but wish they fit and material was the same as the last 2 pairs. I am not sure if this changed this year or has to do with the color (I bought the other 2 pairs last winter and they have not faded or worn out with MANY washes!) Over all- amazing jeans. Worth every penny.

I love these jeans!! Great fit and very comfortable. This is my first time trying this brand but this will not be my last purchase. I always have trouble with the length. I need 33 and longer. But these are perfect!! Even when you unroll them I have enough length left! The color is great too! A vibrant addition to my wardrobe!

I dislike the lowrise fit of these jeans, especially after wearing my favorite madewell 9" high rise jeans. I find them to be unflattering overall.

Although they say the are organic they are HEMP. I want cotton. The material is quite weird...funny almost shiny look and stiff. I am 5'4 and about 127 lbs...I could hardly get the size 6 on but in the Halle I fit in a size 4.

Runs VERY small. I usually wear a 6, ordered an 8...would need a 10. I'm more curvy. I think these are best for those with straight figures.

these are super cute. i tried several sizes and couldn't get any to fit... except the 14.... but i usually wear 8-10. these had so little stretch, they were super uncomfortable to sit in. i got them to wear to work. i looked good in the 14 in the mirror, standing up. but tried a day at the office and was miserable. they went back to zappos.

I have two pairs of the Trinity Cord pant, and went with the same size in the Kara Jean. The fit is perfect, with just enough stretch (still holds shape after wearing all day). I am almost 5'7" and 115 pounds and wear a size 2 in both the jean and the cord. The length is perfect. I washed before wearing and have worn twice so far. I have no complaints!

The Kara jeans are awesome! The fabric is fairly thin for a jean, but they fit so well. I typically do not like skinny jeans - I have short athletic legs (inseam of about 29), and a long torso. Pants usually have a ginormous gap at the waist but these feel like they were made for me. I am 5'7" about 138 pounds, and I wear a 4. Typically in prana I am a 6. You definitely need to size down with these.

I have a few pairs of these from years ago and they fit LIKE A GLOVE. I am 5'10" and really appreciate the length and how flattering they are with skinny legs. I wanted to get more and ordered 4 different colors. They are completely different! The 12s fit like an 8 (the ones from 4 years ago that fit so well are a baggy 10). They material is more like a jean than the twill fabric version I have. Unfortunately, all 4 pairs are going back as one was more ill fitting than the next for me. Women's bodies are so different that they will fit someone else well, but having thought I had my perfect pant I am super disappointed to realize they are not the same pant at all anymore.

Agree with others that these are a mile long for us short girls, but that's an unfortunate reality with the clothing industry. I'll enjoy them after a trip to the tailor.

Nice casual jean that you can dress up. Love the stretch and the available length. Finding jeans that fit my 5'10'" frame without crotch being lengthed is difficult. Prana jeans are worth it!

Fit is true to size. These Prana Kara jeans are a staple in my wardrobe. The material is light making them nice even in warm weather and the light stretch keep them comfortable all day.

I love these jeans. I think they run a size smaller than marked except for the waist. The butt and thighs for like an 8 for me and the waist fit like a 10. So I wear a belt. Nice lighter material good for warm climates. I live in Los Angeles so they’re perfect.

I love this brand since they are sustainable with the organic cottons, tad disappointed tag still reads made in China. Yet, great quality!! Despite other reviews I love that these are long. I’m 5’8 and these are perfect as straight legs with some cute boots. ????????
