I love the shoe once I get it buckled. The piece of leather that you insert the strap end in is so thin I practically need to pull the strap threw with tweezers.

I tried everything to make these work. I am a 9.5 almost always. In Euro sizes I am a 40 in Dansko, Mephisto, Birkenstocks, etc. These feel fantastic in a 9 and are exactly the right length and width and the arch support is great. The problem is the way the footbed is cut: it comes in at a sharp angle over my three smaller toes so that they are hanging off the shoe. I tried a 10 since this doesn't come in half sizes, and the 10 actually would have worked as well as it offered a little more length which was nice since the footbed has a lip all the way around. But again, even in the 10, my smaller toes hung over the edges. It's a shame because the colors are great, the support is nice, and I would have worn them all summer.

Great style (although the two buckles means these sandals require a time commitment to put on and take off) and the cork sole is comfy. The issue has been noted by others: the big toe area curves up and around, which for me meant that my big toe was forced out and over a ridge. I don't have wide feet, so unless your feet are really narrow you are likely to encounter the same issue. I'm sadly returning them.

I love the style of these shoes. They did not come in wide so wide so I bought size larger than I wear to get the width. The toe post was very painful...it felt so sharp I couldn't wear it. Also why don't women's shoes come in wide? Everyone doesn't have a narrow foot. Men have a choice of widths in there shoes but women do not why is that? Sadly, I had to return them.

Much more narrow than I would expect. My feet aren't wide and still the ball of my foot was hanging over the sides. No arch support for me either. Sadly, returning.

Runs really narrow and as a result the arch digs in. The toe piece also digs into foot. Order wide if possible.

The thong part of the shoe is just a little too short and irritated the area between my toes. The foot bed is a sort of cradle or cup and my wide foot hangs up and off the side of the cradle/cup. That is surprising because Born shoes are usually run wide and are usually okay for me to wear. It would probably be great someone with a M width foot. I see the potential but they just didn't work out.

Cute sandals but like other comments they do run narrow..so fit my foot perfectly. Hassle factor with tiny strap loops is a pain..plus the right sandal came to me with the flimsy loop already broken so not going to try again. They are cute. :(

I only tried on one of these. It was so difficult to unbuckle the straps, it wasn't worth the hassle. There was no way I was going to keep it. Normally love Born shoes and have several pairs; not these, going back.
