The elastic heel makes these shoes easy for kids to put on and take off, and they go with absolutely everything. My daughter's favorite pair of shoes.

I wear an adult size 7.5-8 and ordered the 5. I have been wearing these almost daily for 2 years and they are super comfortable and super stylish and yes, less expensive than the adult's. I have a wide foot and for some reason find these a really comfy fit compared to the adult Converse. I own these in black and charcoal (which is more brownish than blackish) and wish they came in lots of other colours! They fact they slip on so easily make them my go to shoe when running out the door and tackling the hills of San Francisco and any security line at the airport.

These definitely run big so you will want to order a few sizes down! I wear a size 6.5 and 7 (depending on type of shoe). I'm glad I read the reviews prior! I ended up ordering a size 4 big kids and it fits! Might be a tad loose and I probably could have gotten away with a size 3.5. Love this style over the original low tops!

Love love love! I wear an adult 5 and ordered a size 3 in kids and they are perfect, (15 bucks cheaper than the adult size.)Wish the kids size had more colors. They look and feel great. With only 4 grommets they don't look so oddly long on my feet like other converse. Also, I had excellent customer service on the phone. I had trouble putting a coupon code in so I called and they put it through. Then, just because, they made it next day delivery! Yay Zappos!

Love these shoes! Bought them for myself but the sizes run a little different. I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered these in a 4 they are perfect. I also own the white ones in the women's size 7. Like those to but these are a bit wider and the toe does not look as long and narrow.

Comfortable and love the relaxed backing! I have been looking for a pair like these to finally fit me and these did! I am a little person and Zappos was incredible with allowing me to send two back till the one I got fit!

Love these! I'm a woman's size 6 and I bought these in a 3.5 and they fit perfectly. This is my first pair so getting used to the way the back heel part slides off easily took a little time, but I'm used to it now. Sometimes with a new shoe fit it can rub funny or cause a blister and this was not the case with these. You do need really low socks or peds/ sock liners otherwise a low cut sock would show. So cute with jeans or even shorts for a casual look.

I listened to the reviews. They do run big. I wear an 8.5 in women's and usually a 6.5 Youth big kids. I purchased these in a 5.5 due to reviews and they fit perfect. I have wide feet.

I wear a women's size 6 but have always been able to wear a girl's size 4. I ordered a size 4 in the Shoreline and they were a half size too big. I exchanged for 3½ and they were perfect.

Love these shoes! So cute with leggings, capris, and shorts! Beware though, the first pair I ordered I ordered a 4.5 which is my normal size 6.5-7 in womens. When I got them they were way too big and looked kind of goofy. I exchanged them for a 3.5 and they fit perfect and look adorable! Order a half size to a size smaller they run big.

I own these shoes (similar) in a women's size 5 and I ordered this pair for my sister who is generally a child size 4 and this 4 is much bigger than my women's size 5. I am not sure if these are boys size 4 and if that is different than girls but this size is actually around a 6/6½ women's.

Very cute and comfortable. I wanted these in a women's size 7 but they weren't available so I ordered a Kids' size 5 (which is usually the adult size equivalent). However, these run really large and I had to order a whole size down to a 4. They still look and fit great. Great color too.

Bought these for my 8 year old daughter. She loves them. They fit a touch small for my liking, but nothing drastic. She says they feel comfortable, even over long walks and various activities at school. Very pleased.

These shoes run REALLY big! I normally wear a size 6 and needed a size 4. My advice would be to try a pair on in a store before ordering. They only let you return the product once, so I am stuck with a pair of shoes that are too big.

My 8 year old loves these shoes. They are her favorite. They're easy to slip on and she wears them with socks and without and says they're comfortable both ways. They fit true to size.

The shoes so seem to run on the big side as well as wide in the heel area. Both of my kids have complained about the shoe slipping in the heel. Otherwise they are super comfy and look awesome!

My daughter loves these shoes. Usually in Converse she wears a full size smaller, but they were too small. A half size smaller was perfect.

Love the look of these shoes because they are shorter on the toe so they don't make your feet look so long. I wear these shoes almost every day and LOVE THEM!! However I'm an adult (luckily with a small foot) and had to go with the kids size because the adult one either 1) hurt the top of my foot with the tight elastic 2) or slipped off the back if I went for a bigger size. The kids version is better. It is looser on top and stays on my feet. I recommend these with the converse cut-for-chuck socks.

I wear a size 7 in women's and decided to try a 4.5 in Big Kids to see if they fit, since many reviews say they run big, and they fit perfectly! Very cute, and I love the colors and the stretchy back that make slipping these on easy! Only downside to these is ZERO arch support, but that's Converse for you! I expected it so no biggie!

Cute shoes, daughter loves not having to tie laces. Runs large though. My daughter was wearing a size 5 Converse All Stars, and they were getting too small. I ordered these in a size 6 and they were huge. Ordered a size 5 instead, and they fit comfortably. In other words, these run larger than other Converse All Stars.

They are Converse. You either love 'em or hate 'em and if you're in between then you are like my daughter and do not have problem sacrificing comfort for trendy footwear. Converse has no arch support but are always a fun shoe and they have creative colors and designs. Seeing that a child's foot grows so fast, it is a small sacrifice (Please hold, "growing feet need ultimate comfort for growing" folks...I get it); however, my daughter literally wore these for a couple months before she was grown out of them. My younger daughter inherited these before I could even write a review. We always donate our gently loved items to those who need them so the price makes it worth it to see the faces of those who might not ever have a fun pair of shoes like the ones that Converse makes. It's heavenly and my girls appreciate the pairs they have. Their feet/arches? Not so much.

Ordered these for my 10 year old grand daughter. Purple is her new favorite color, so she absolutely loved these. They fit her great and she says they are very comfortable.

My daughter wears a 1.5 in Chuck Taylor All Star Ox (size 1 actually fits her perfectly, but since it's back-to-school time I sized up in the Ox to allow room for growth). After reading the Shoreline Slip reviews, I decided to go down from our regular CT size, as many customers had commented on how incredibly large the Shoreline's run. For us that was a mistake. In the every-brand-in-existence shoe universe, I do agree that the Shoreline Slip runs at least one size large. In the world of Chuck Taylor Converse Kids, however, I feel the Shoreline's sizing is pretty true to size. My daughter could barely squeeze her foot into the size 13 Shoreline's, so I bought another pair in 1.5 and they are perfect (a tiny bit big, but no more than the recommended "room for growth" guideline). As for the shoes themselves, they are the usual, fabulous CT quality and the color of the eggplant/pink is darling in real life! Very cute shoes! Now that we have the correct size, I know she'll be wearing them a lot.
