These shoes are great if you're used to running without any support. Otherwise, I can imagine that there might be a steep learning curve. I like that they are super colorful and will also just wear them with jeans because they don't look like clunky trainers.

I truly love this shoe, Im hoping to order another pair today. Every time I find a shoe I love, they change it.

Loved these shoes the minute I put them on and no blisters after wearing them all day!! Super lightweight, comfy, and great to pack as they take up so little space. They feel sturdier than I expected so really looking forward to wearing them on my European river cruise.

I love these shoes and I don't like wearing shoes. By far the best minimalist shoes I've owned. I wear them for running and lifting weight both. It's the closest thing to barefoot I've found.

I am not a barefoot runner - I wear these shoes for biking. I like that I can feel the pedal and get some air on my feet during hot days, and not feel restricted by a large athletic shoe. I would not wear these to walk around in, as you can feel what is beneath you. These shoes serve their purpose with style, and I will buy another pair when they wear out. They are still in great shape after one season.

Bought this in the medium green and love them, perfect in every way - minimalist, totally flexible, way cute, nice wide toes but narrower overall, which fits my feet perfectly. Sizing is very strange on this shoe. I usually wear an 11. In medium green I am a 10.5, with a little room to spare. In the bright green/purple, a 10.5 is too small, and an 11 is way too big. So whatever I note about sizing below is color-specific.

Love these. I started out too quickly running barefoot and I have injured my feet multiple times. Using these to run in has helped to protect my feet and still let me feel the earth below me. START SLOW don't do what I did and run 5 miles the first time! Let your feet adjust to running minimally (and correctly) so be patient and work u to bigger miles.

Love these! Light and comfy. I usually wear a size 11 and had to downsize to a 10.5 in this shoe.

I love these shoes. I crossfit in them and, after a gentle gradual transition to this minimal shoe with no heel, they perform great for me. The sole is very thin and completely flexible. They are super minimal, just like I wanted, with no real arch support and lots of room for my toes to spread out. Beware that because they are so minimal, they're very cold in the winter!

I bought the shoes because I started a MuTu work out after having a baby. The objective is to walk for at least 30 minutes every day in the flat shoes possible. I tried these and a pair of Vivobarefoot shoes. I fell in love with the Merrells and returned the other brand. These are now my absolute favorite pair of shoes. I just ordered a pair for my husband so he could try them too.

I have two pairs of this shoe. One for work and one for walking/exercises. These are really comfortable and lightweight. It's almost like you're not wearing anything. A true barefoot shoe in feel. Also super cute!

Three physical therapists recommended these shoes. They wear them all the time. Told me about how important it is for our bodies to wear shoes with very flexible soles so I ordered a pair. I had been wearing shoes with a high arch support for my flat feet at the recommendation of a padiotrist. The therapist also told me to start slowing increasing wearing time to adjust. Once I began wearing these, I noticed a difference the first day. My back felt better within thirty minutes. These shoes are like walking barefoot only better! My ankles get a little sore at times as the muscles are strengthening and that's a good thing. I've told my family, friends and chiropractor about them. One of my friends told me she just ordered three pair from you as a result! They are so light weight and the toe spread is wide enough to allow the foot to spread naturally. I wear them with and without socks around the house and out and about. I read where they are washable too. They're a great walking shoe. The most comfortable I've ever worn. I love them!!! These shoes are very comfy! The heel is secure and offers a comfortable snugness. The toe box is very room and allows for great toe splay. I followed other reviews and went a 1/2 size up. Perfect! I love the barefoot feel of them (I own vivabarefoot shoes) which is a huge plus.

Fun Shoe. At first they are super squeaky but that is really the grip that they have. Great shoe. I use them to play dodgeball with a lot of start and stops and they respond well.

I have always had very good luck with Merrell shoes - these do not disappoint. Feel extremely comfortable from the first time you put them on, but also are great after a 3-mile walk. Would order these shoes again!

I'm very happy with this shoe and am wearing it all the time. I originally purchased it in order to try and switch to barefoot running, but I found that too difficult (not the shoe's fault!) - however, it is extremely comfortable for cross-training, walking and extensive daily use. The only problem is that if I wear it with socks it feels tight, which is fine at the moment, but if I did decide to try and do running again, I'm worried that doing so without socks might cause blisters (only because this happened to my husband, but so far I haven't had any discomfort working out without socks). I'm thinking of buying a pair in a half-size larger as well in order to have the option of wearing with socks.

I'm new to this brand, but am loving the comfort of these shoes. I do not use them for running; they are my day-to-day go to shoes. They are extremely lightweight, very comfortable, and easy to clean when they get dirty.

With knee and hip problems, I have been searching for a lightweight, "zero" sole, wide toe, narrow heel shoe that has at least an acceptable appearance. These fit the bill. The sole is quite thin and I don't think it will be comfortable for rough terrain. But I am enjoying the comfort otherwise.

I'm a little overweight so I struggle with foot pain which has improved since wearing these shoes. I got these to keep at work for my lunch break walks. They took about a week to get used to but now they are my go to for even taking on hikes up in Asheville. The barefoot experience up in the mountains is good for the feet & the soul.

I'm following the MuTu exercise regime post-pregnancy and wanted a minimalist shoe for walking and strength training. This shoe is great!! It somehow provides magical arch support and was comfortable from the start.

I bought these for my 11 year old daughter and she loves them for their light weight, breathable fabric and barefoot feel. I have not been able to convince her to come trail running with me yet, so I can't give a runners review. However, as someone who loves the Merrell Barefoot line of shoes, I'm glad to see my daughter wearing something that lets her foot move the way nature intended. The fabric does get a bit of fuzz/pilling over time, that is the only area where I would like to see some product improvement.
