Really decent comfort shoe for the price. It felt very narrow where it hits the widest part of my foot, like on the side of the balls of my feet, but not anything that won’t stretch out after a day of walking. I am a flight attendant and am always looking for a plain black comfortable flat heel shoe, usually a loafer-style, to wear on the airplane for not too much money and this is exactly what I got. Would probably get it in “wide” next time instead of medium.

I LOVE these shoes, they are amazing! For once in my life, a pair of shoes check all the boxes! They're fashionable and easy to pair, they look great, they're pretty darn comfy, they don't hurt my ankles even if I wear them without socks, they're my size AND they fit me. I am a size 11 footed young lady with Wide width and a high arch. So basically there's always something wrong with any pair of shoe that happens to be 11 because there are just so many different things that have to be just right. And thankfully these shoes have everything. I purchased the Whiskey Suede ones on Oct 2018 and wore them almost every day to work (4 months at job 1 and now 1 month at my new job, plus the days when I wore them as a casual shoe). The only part that's failing me as of right now is that the very first day I wore these to work it rained beyond all reason here, soaking my shoes with loads of water and that (I believe) caused the inside sole to detach, which now does bother me bc it shifts around or pull out of place if I take my foot out with or without socks. Now, that could be the fault of them getting very wet or maybe not and other people have experienced this without the water drowning part. I think these shoes are super super worth it. They fit any occasion, they're elegant-ish but not super pricey, and they really look good at all times (entirely because of their own beautiful design). I really do recommend them! Just don't get them wet?

These might run a little bit big - I usually wear a 7.5 and the 7 fits fine. They are just what I wanted- look good with dresses or jeans. The top is a little shorter than some loafers, making them look less frumpy and more stylish. Super comfy padded inner sole.

I love the design and comfort of this shoe! Exact color I was looking for. Dark Navy. Heel height is good. I am a true 8 / 38.5 but the 8 M in this shoe was too tight and my toes were scrunched up. The shoes are more narrow at the end so going up a half size makes sense. Reordered half size up. Fingers crossed

I am a 9 in some shoes and an 8.5 in others. My toes barely touched the end of the 8.5s, but the 9s fit perfectly. They are a comfortable shoe but I would prefer an arch support. I ordered whiskey suede and navy blue suede, both of which were similar in color to the photo and very cute on.

Comfortable and stylish, nice for work

Very nice looking, simple flat that will pair with so many outfits. Wore them right out of the box today as I went about my errands and was comfortable all day. I expect these shoes will get lots of wear.

These are beautiful loafers, just what I was looking for.

I haven't ordered Naturalizers in a long time, forgot that they run long, so I ordered a 9 1/2 AA as usual. It was, as usual, to long. Am re-ordering now in a 9 B (9 AA would be too narrow in the toes). But, it's a nice-looking shoe, comfortable, looking forward to the new ones.

The leather on this shoe is actually very very soft and feels very high quality for the price.

True to size, the material (suede) is soft and feels great out of the box and wore it all day. Hope they hold up because the style is spot on.

Loved the shoes! Have a hard time finding narrow shoes and these fit great! I ordered a 9 1/2 narrow and they just perfect!

Very comfortable loafer, stylish and versatile.

It's great to have a place that sells narrow shoes for women. Most stores, now, don't carry them at all. Naturalizer 8 1/2 N have always worked for me. Not too many exciting styles from which to choose but at least I was able to find a shoe that works.

Comfortable - but could use more padding in foot bed. But overall I liked and is a comfortable shoe.

I thought these shoes were very nice right out of the box. Ordered the wide, and they were quite comfortable. I was hoping for enough cushion to walk in them all day on an overseas trip, but not sure they would be cushy enough for that. I do think they would be great for work (thankfully, no longer have to do that!). Nice shoes, great Zappos service, as always.

I love these shoes. Perfect for me in wear, comfort and look. Hope to see them in chocolate brown in the future.
