I purchased these shoes for a company event. They arrived the day I flew out and were placed in my carry-on. I'm a firm believer that having multiple pairs of shoes when you know you will be on your feet for days (literally) is a MUST. I also believe that you get what you pay for. These shoes sustained me a whole day (6:30 am-9:30 pm) and were still comfortable. Paul Green makes fantastic shoes and they use some the best materials. I haven't been disappointed with any of the Paul Green shoes I've purchased over the years. I always order size 9 shoes and these fit like a glove. It may take a bit to "mold" them to your foot, but well worth every penny! Don't think twice...these ADULT sandals are very sharp, everyone was asking me where I purchased them! Awesome shoes!

The width was too wide. They slip off my feet too easily.

The "black" in this shoe is not a true black. It's metallic silver/pewter, only one strap is black.

I have ordered this shoe 4 times now in the hope of getting the one pictured. All arrived in a plain black - not as pictured with the fringed texture. The product picture is misleading. That said if you want plain black leather they are very comfortable. Just not what I wanted. Thank you Zappos for your great try and return policy!

These are a solid sandal and comfortable. Maybe not the most stylish but they have a different look than a plain open toe mule type sandal.

I have a long-loved pair of Paul Green sandals that are similar to these, so I had high hopes these would be equally comfortable. Unfortunately they are not, at least for me. The under fabric hits the top of my foot in such a way that I can tell it will give me a blister or cut it after wearing it a lot in hot weather. I think these would have been better without that stretchy fabric under the leather straps.
