I have been wearing Asics running shoes for almost 15 years (I run somewhat high mileage and buy a new pair every 3 months or so), and this is my all time favorite version of the GT-2000 so far. I go back and forth between the Kayano and the GT-2000, but generally prefer the later because it is lighter. This update is awesome. The laces are softer so they're much easier to tie, and they feel lighter and more flexible/less stiff than the old versions. There was virtually no "break-in" period like there usually is; they were totally comfortable from the outset. I would highly recommend these shoes to all runners. I wear a size 8 in all of my regular shoes, but have always sized up in Asics to size 9 (not necessarily because they run large, but to account for the swelling that occurs with running) I hope they never change this version of the shoe!

I have a wide toe box and a narrow heel. These felt like a snug wide and slipped a little in the heel. I'm an 8.5 I order a 9W in running shoes and think I should have ordered a 9.5W in these. Based on that I'd say I order a full size larger than your usual shoe size. This shoe excels in its cushioning. Heavenly! I'm not sure how reliable Asics are for holding up though. I've had their shoes fall apart pretty quickly in the past (like 20 years ago). I've been using NB860 in a 9W. They are a little less cushiony than these, they have good motion control, lots of room in the toe box and also slip a little in the heel. I tried the Saucony Omni 13 and they were not wide enough and threw my foot to the outer edge of the shoe (maybe too much arch support or motion control for me).

I have worn Asics, and GTs in particular, for years - suddenly their sizing seems to be off. In particular, the toes seem to be more narrow, and a slightly wider toe box is one of the reasons I have liked this brand. Don't think it's my feet, as other brands don't seem to have the same issue.

This is my third pair of Asic shoes and the second pair of this GT2000. I have problem feet and need good arch support and these are perfect for my needs. Also very comfortable and come in great colors.

I've bought these shoes for years, but for some reason I had to send this pair back and reorder one-half size larger. Asics wide have been great shoes to wear with my orthotics.

I've been a long time Asics 2170 fan for man years until it was discontinued a few years ago. The 2000 replaced these. I've had zero success with the 2000 1 and 2 fitting my feet. These, however, feel great so far. They do seem to run a tad small. I had to purchase 1/2 size up from my normal size. Width seems to be the same as the other Asics -- I always buy wide, but I have a wide foot. Amazing cushion. I have high hopes these will finally be the replacement to the 2170's I've been looking for!

I don't know what's happening with Asics sizing but this year; their sneakers are too short and too narrow. Ditto this. Great colors. Great comfort. Runs narrow. Runs short.

Love asics, but every shoe fits differently! These have a tight toe box, would recommend ordering a half to where size larger!

I had previously ordered these exact shoes and worn them for nearly a year. I wanted to reorder because of the good support they offer. These shoes seem to be even shorter than the previous size 11. I am now trying an 11½.

They fit well. This is the first time that I have ever been able to wear shoes immediately without get blisters or sore tired feet. I LOVE THE VIBRANT COLORS & I get many compliments.

I have two pairs of shoes that I use for running and just like to wear and this is one of them. Actually repurchasing again to have extra pair. Love!

My feet recently were professionally measured as an 8W but I usually go up a size in athletic shoes to allow for socks. I bought these in both an 8.5EE and 9EE. They still were not even close to being wide enough for me, in fact they fit like a regular-width shoe. I'm disappointed because they're good-looking and nicely cushioned. The price is great too. Unfortunately they're going back.

This is the first shoe in a long time that didn't give me blisters when I first started wearing it. I've always thought that it was my feet that caused the problem, not the shoe. This shoe has been comfortable from the very beginning.

Christmas gift for my 15 year old daughter who runs a few times a week. She has gotten more complements on her shoes than any other gift she got. She absolutely loves them! No blisters or rubbing at all. Very good fit for her feet. She has a medium to medium high arch and has a neutral running gait. I am sure that she would be happy with every color.

These shoes are super comfortable and offer great support. Definitely run a 1/2 size small. I wear a 6 1/2 and exchanged for a 7. Could almost have gone to a 7 1/2.

I am in love! I have moderate pronation and a narrow heel, they did slip by the heel, I just laced them up using the lace or heel lock (as seen on YouTube) otherwise they are comfortable. After using the lace/heel lock they are perfect. They are nice and roomy in the toes, I did not need to break them in. I love the neon yellow, because it fits my loud personality. Thank you, Zappos!

I got these as a gift for my granddaughter. She absolutely loved them. The fit was great and definitely corrected some of her overpronation. We are very happy.

Beautifully made shoes that fit my feet, that are wide in the toes and narrow in the heels, perfectly. They are very cushy and light as well. They are perfect replacements for my worn out Gel Flux running shoes. And great customer service from Zappos as usual!

Very happy w/ update GT2000-3 Comfortable out of box. I wear 7 1/2 med., this newer shoe is light weight. Added bonus for this cost!

Since I have worn Asics GTs for years, I ordered these in my usual size, without reading the reviews first. Save yourself some time & order at least 1/2 a size up. These run very small. Had to ship mine back & try again.

I absolutely love these shoes! This is at least my tenth pair of the GT2000 over the years. This version, I had to exchange and go up half a size from 9½ to a 10. Now everything is great.

I love this shoe. I bought in 9.5 w and it fits perfectly. I have plantar facisitis and these shoes have helped a lot. They look great as well. Awesome running shoes.
