A few reviewers compared this to the Cumulus 15 so I thought I'd try them. I put them next to my Cumulus 15 pair and these are a solid 1/2 or more shorter and slightly narrower. I put them on anyway and they felt small and had very little cushion. Very disappointed with Asics summer designs. They seemed to have changed their sizing and/or design to be smaller in the toe box.

Just got them and only worn a couple of times, but fit nicely, have good arch support and cushioning.

These shoes are very comfortable. My feet hurt a lot and it's hard to find a cute comfortable shoe. Several shoes that I try feel flat with no cushion, but not these! Very happy with these shoes so far.

I ordered multiple pairs of shoes to try on, and this pair felt like it allowed my foot to be in the most natural position (not under- or over-pronating). In addition, it gave me the best arch support. I ordered 1/2 size up from my street shoe size as I usually do for running shoes, and they fit well, with plenty of room for my toes. I have only run in them once, and they felt good.

I've always heard good things about Asics, but have remained loyal to Brooks for running shoes. I decided to try them and I'm glad I did! Not only are they about half the price of Brooks sneakers, they are just as comfortable! They fit my narrow, high arch foot very well! So glad I took the plunge!

Great shoes. I ordered 1/2 size up to give my toes my room and that seems to work well. Great support. I wish I could purchase in other colors, but my size is not available.

Great fit. Had to wear thicker then normal socks though. Could not have taken a smaller size. True to size and I only wear Asics.

These are ELECTRIC blue. Bright ad super cute. I find these very comfortable and with cousin for my plantar fascia. Recommend.

I love these shoes so much I just ordered my second pair. I bought my first pair five months ago and have been running in them since. It was such a relief to finally find the right pair of running shoes. They were a touch snug right out of the box, but after only two runs they broke in and were perfect. I typically run up 16 miles a week and so far there is very little wear on the sole of the shoe. I should mention that I have a normal arch; I don’t pronate at all when I run, and I’m a midsole striker, so these shoes were a perfect match for my running style. When I run outdoors it is typically on sidewalks or on the street, and these shoes do a good job of minimizing the impact of running on hard surfaces. I have yet to experience any calf or shin pain. They also do a good job of keeping my feet dry and letting them breathe.

I typically only wear Asics because they fit me the best. I have high arches and these shoes fit true to size in a 13M and provide good support. I have only has them a few weeks but they feel like the most comfortable and supportive pair I've worn.

I'm 5'9" and wear a 10 to a 10.5 in most shoes.. they don't sell 10.5 in stores so if they are not fitting completely at a 10 which is unusual, I'll go on Zappos to order them. Thank you Zappos for that! But for my running shoes I have to go a half a size up no matter what!. That being said I have just recently realized my old shoes were not working for me. I through my back out and have been extremely tight in back of my left hip. Then noticed my calf tightening up and what feels like planter fantasias which all seems related.. Decided I need to get some new shoes pronto and go to my chiropractor... Asics are what my research lead me to for new shoes. So at a store near me I tried on a couple pairs of the Asics-gel (possibly the Exalts and Nimbus 17), Exalts fit perfect wouldn't have had to size up at all the 10 fit like a 10.5, but I thought the arch support wasn't there. I do cross training with med-average running. If I ran more than that, I would have gone with the nimbus 17, loved these shoes would have had to get a 10.5 in these! To expensive but would have been worth it if I ran more.. So The Gel Flux 2's are what I went with so far so good not saying it's cured all my ailment but I feel like I'm on the mend and I feel like these shoes are a good fit, and true to size width and moderate arch support. I have high arches so that may not be accurate for the average person. Hope this a helps!

These shoes are well made and felt absolutely right as soon as I put them on. The heel support is excellent. I also like that the shoelaces are long enough to double-tie.

For insertional Achilles tendonitis, my doctor told me I need to wear much better athletic shoes - with a larger heel-to-toe drop, better arch support, as well as support for under-pronation. I ordered and tried on several pairs of Asics and Brooks - this pair was the most comfortable and fit my wide, square-toed feet the best. The heel is built out on the outside to discourage roll-out, the cushioning is very good and firm (it can't be too soft or it negates the drop), and I will likely order a second pair soon. The only minus I would give it is that the colors are so wild - would be nice to have the option of a plain black or white pair (in my size that is) when I don't want to look like a circus rolling into town! But I have owned other Asics and I think they are definitely well made, comfortable shoes, and certainly a good deal compared to other brands.

I love these shoes. They provide just the right amount of support but have nice cushioning for a very comfortable fit. The width is not too tight, and I love the colors.

I purchased these shoes for my mother who has issues with her feet due to arthritis. They provide good support and cushioning.

This is my third pair of Gel Flux and they are a great value for the price. fit true to size and are very comfortable, I wear them for all my workouts, including running and Insanity, they work great!

I have a slightly wider-than-normal front of foot, and very high arches, and I LOVE these shoes!!! The only other shoes that have been as comfortable as these are Nike Shox, which they don't make in mesh anymore :-(. These are a little stiff out of the box, and feel that way for a couple of days' of wear. They maintain a bit of stiffness after that, but I like that, as I feel like I'm walking in solid, albeit cool and VERY comfortable,(mesh!) shoes. For reference, the new, flat toe box style of Nikes don't fit me well, nor do New Balance, so if those are also uncomfortable to you, you might do well with these Asics.

I'm a recreational runner and huge fan of Asics running shoes. I've worn other models but needed a shoe with more arch support and mid-foot stability. These shoes fit the bill perfectly! It took a few runs to get used to the change but I'm totally sold on this shoe now. My only gripe is the colors - I hate pink but didn't have much of a choice since there are only 2 options. A few more less obnoxious color options would be great! This shoe is well worth the money.

These are my 2nd pair of gel-flux asics. Love them all over again. They have a wide toe box, which I'm having a harder and harder time finding even in asics. I've got a wide foot and want even wider in a running shoe. Zero breaking in period needed for me. I really wish they'd make some cuter colors.

I'm an underpronator & I've had issues with plantar faciitis. These shoes feel great and help with both issues. I did order both my normal sz 7 & a 7.5. Kept the 7.5, so you may need to try a larger than normal size. Overall very pleased.

I am an overpronator battling plantar fasciiatis. I was looking for a neutral shoe that I could put a bright pink Superfeet orthotic insert into (as per my podiatrist's recommentdation). This shoe is for underpronators to neutral feet. I felt that this shoe was forcing my foot to pronate inward and it just didn't feel comfortable to me. I ended up buying the Asics Gel Cumulus instead, as it seemed to be more of a neutral shoe. If you have a normal gait this might be a shoe worth trying. I always order my running shoes 1/2 size larger than what I wear in street shoes.

This shoe is a good value for the cost. I did replace the innersole with one with a little higher arch and padding for comfort, though I do that for most athletic shoes, including New Balance. I did find it a little narrow, but was able to adjust the laces and wear thinner socks to get the comfort I wanted. If you have narrow feet, they'll be just fine.
