The nonslip bottom is the best i have ever worn.
I am an Auto Mechanic and these Shoes do not slip even in our Greasy wet concrete shop.
They are wide at the toe box so my feet NEVER feel squished,
Only complaint is the insole is just ok and i added some gel insert and now they are great!!!

These shoes fit and look amazing. But they need better cushion. It feels hard when I walk it hurts just a little. It's perfect except the inserts.

Second time I've bought these shoes for my man. He's a bus driver and his job requires black shoes. He wore the other pair 5 days/week for nearly a year before he decided a new pair would be nice. Very durable and comfortable.

This is the second pair of Skechers Work Flex - Advantage I've purchased. I wear them while working as an Amazon delivery driver. Being on my feet 10-11 per shift 5 days weekly, this is one of the few shoes I've found are comfortable the entire time.
