I need slip resistant shoes for work and have gone through many different brands over the past 6 or so years. All I want is comfort and durability but my search continues. This is my 2nd pair of these Skechers and they start out great. Unfortunately after about 2 months the memory foam insert wears out and the comfort disappears. For the price and in a hurry these shoes will do the job but don't expect them to last too long. My last pair I wore for about 8 months, however the last 4 months my feet were killing me by the end of the day. I will note, the shoe itself held up and didn't rip or come apart like other brands, just was very uncomfortable to wear at the end. As for Zappos they have excellent customer service and the fast shipping is great when you desperately need new work shoes.

Shoe is pretty comfortable. I do wish there was a bit more arch support. I am definitely going to need inserts for these shoes.

These have been good shoes for me. The only complaint I have is the soles. Every little stone I walk over ends up stuck in my shoes. Every week or so I have to get a small knife and clean all the small rocks that are stuck in the soles. Otherwise, great work shoes!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the Skechers Work Flex-Advantage. Good fit, good materials, and good looking for a work shoe.

These worked out well for me. I work so much that I wore them out. Would and Want to buy again.

I purchased the shoes nearly a year ago, and I wear them 6 days a week for 8-14 hours a day. I do a lot of walking. 10k-30k steps a day. The insoles are nice out of the box. After 3 months, they became worn out and flat. The insoles are glued in and I had to rip them out to replace them. I've replaced the insoles twice now, and the shoes are ready to be replaced. Quality of the shoes are good. A little water on a a paper towel will help to keep the pleather clean. The mesh next to my little toes and big toes have torn through, due to friction.
