These are such a beauty! they go absolutely with everything! You can dres them and and down and still have the wow effect. My only concern It that swam in the front is a bit hard and will run against your ankle first couple wears.. leather loosens up more comfortable after a few wears. I would def recommended!

I love the look of these boots! I bought the same size in these boots that I have in many other pairs of Frye's...I read the reviews and they said, 'true to size' so I went with that. I can't wear them (even after having them stretched twice). Today, I passed them to a friend. They made her very happy.

This boot is SO cool. Beautiful construction and detailing and the pointed toe and short heel is just perfect. The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because the width is a little narrow.

These are beautiful and very fashionable. Don't fit me as well as some of the other styles of Frye. The toe is a little tight on top and instep a little loose on me. I will try to stretch them out a little and then wear thick socks so they fit better.

I received these about a week ago. Not sure if I can wear them. The toe box is super tight and uncomfortable. I love the style and the look so much that I'm wondering if they will stretch and break in. Haven't worn them yet but may need to send back. Ordered my regular size but maybe a half size up would be better? I do have narrow feet and can usually wear pointed toe shoes. Disappointed because they are gorgeous and I contemplated purchasing for a long time.

Beautiful boot but too narrow across front area. Also, somehow not so comfortable overall.

Love my shortie boots. Was a little hesitant on spending this amount on a short boot but have found them to be worth it.They are true to size and get more comfortable the more they are worn. Each time I have worn them I received compliments.

These are beautiful and very well-made. I am in the breaking in process now so they are not very comfortable, though the size is right. They are softening up and fitting better, will take a week or so more. Be patient if you also have this issue.

Beautiful boot, great quality and craftsmanship. A bit narrow through the foot, which will require some breaking in, otherwise a great boot.

My college aged daughter and I both got these in our regular size. We both love the look of them (my husband loved them, too). Upon first slipping them on they felt fine, but after only a few minutes they were rubbing my ankle bones raw where there's leather over the zipper areas on the inside. I wore them around our house in a carpeted area for a few days to see if they would break in (another reviewer mentioned them irritating her ankles at first so I was hopeful), but no improvement in comfort, would have to take them off because it felt like I was about to get blisters. My daughter did not have this problem at all. It's odd, they seem true to size or maybe a little large, and yet my little toes both hurt in them as well. Again, my daughter had no problem in her usual size. Not sure what it is--they aren't tight fitting, the leather seems nice and soft and like it would only get softer. I guess just not right for my foot. So I had to send back.

Love this ankle cowboy boot. It's beautifully crafted & comfortable--including inner sole cushioning & runs true to size despite the pointed toe. Only needs breaking in around the ankle as it causes a bit of pressure/pain descending stairs. Much quieter than the average cowboy boot--which is a plus or minus depending on tastes.

I love the quality of Frye boots! I have a few other pair that I could not live without! I was super excited to receive these after looking for an ankle boot to wear with everything. When they came in the mail I wore them out that night! They looked great on, but the double zipper tabs jingled loudly the whole time I walked! It sounded like I was wearing spurs! Not to mention, the toe area was a little tight. To be honest, I'm not sure how often I will wear them? It was a pretty big investment too.

When the boots arrived, my high expectations were short lived. The quality of the goodyear welt was not what I expected. I returned them, sad. I was hoping for more.

Leather too hard which makes shoe inflexible. I thought heel would be slightly higher.

I wish the description would share that both zippers are just decorative and don't allow for ease of putting on the boot. I have a high instep and high arch! Therefore, I was not able to get my foot in the boot. A big disappointment. However the boots are beautiful wish they would have fit. Sending them back.

Pull on style boots or booties are hard to put on. So when I read that the zippers on both sides of this bootie help with getting them on I was persuaded to buy them. But in reality opening both zippers did not afford much more room and on my 2nd attempt to pull them on the tab came off on one side. Just be warned: if you have had trouble getting a pull on style boot or bootie on you'll probably have just as much trouble with these. I wear a standard size 10. Frye boots have always fit me very well. It's just that any pull on style has always been difficult to get on. And these days I'm not interested in fighting to get a shoe on anymore. I have to return these and I am really sad about that because they are beautiful boots.
